all admin or senior admins. the administration of this is fairly straightforward and with the cloud portal we can tweak any changes from where ever. The email alerts are a great reminder when things goes wrong and can quickly review the health from anywhere. we don't need to be in the office anymore

Cisco Meraki certification path starts with the Cisco Meraki Network Operator (CMNO) which aimed at the Customer end user, then progresses to the Cisco Meraki Network Administrator (CMNA) aimed at Meraki Partners who scope, sell and manage the products and finally the Cisco Meraki Masters which is an invitational only certification program. The Meraki Masters is an exclusive in-depth lab training and demo certification program held at Meraki HQ. Masters receive the CMNP certification and access to ongoing engagement opportunities and special access to other special events and programs.

The skill-sets required for these products are quite low as it is all web based and easy to configure. As the main user, i configured what i needed and then gave another colleague a lower amount of access to be able to monitor for issues (although email alerting is setup so he doesn't require access normally).
