The constant use of the solution, the positive comments from customers, the economic results of the solution, quick response to incidents, quick access to technical support in case of failures, and having control of the network from a user-friendly interface make this solution easy to sell and to make the decision to make it part of the organization's infrastructure.

Depending on your contract/ business SLA requirements it would be advisable to ensure that the unit is all always covered by a valid Cisco Smartnet agreement to ensure you get official Cisco support as soon as you require it. Free Cisco Smartnet agreement also ensures that your unit is covered for hardware component failures as well as providing access to download the latest firmware and security updates that may be required from time to time. There are also many community forums which you can find information about other user experiences, faults and resolutions pertaining to this product.

Anytime I have reached out to support they have always surpased my expectations. They will go the extra mile to make sure the solution is working as designed based on the funcionality of the device. They are not pushy to close a ticket. They confirm and reconfirm that all is working before closing a ticket. Support has no problem answering your questions and explaining what the fix was, or what it can be

I haven't ever had a bad experience with Meraki support. On the few occasions where I wasn't understanding the UI or needed some clarification about what a setting actually would do, I contacted them and they were very quickly able to provide help.

Returns are simple and fast, too. We had to return a defective device one time and they shipped the replacement before we had even un-racked the one that was faulty. Unlike many other vendors, they didn't ask use to a do long list of scripted diagnostics, they just took my word for it that the device was broken and sent out a replacement immediately.
