As far as I'm aware, we haven't had any issues with the availability of Cisco Secure Access by Duo. It generally pops up when you need it and stays out of sight when you don't. The most that I've experienced is occasional server-side lag, but never more than a moment or two.

My company has not experienced any problems with the availability of Cisco Secure Access by Duo. The cloud portion of the product has always been available when we needed it. In addition to the platform's availability, most applications offer offline codes to allow for login when Internet access is not available.
