Webex Board 55 is used by our department as a video conferencing device in our open space. Whenever we need to meet virtually with our external agents or project stakeholders we use this device as a collaboration tool.
  • Large and bright screen with amazing colors.
  • Drawing is another amazing experience.
  • High quality video conferencing with annotation.
  • Pricey product.
  • Sometimes annotated and drawing content is lost.
  • No Blackboard option.
Webex board is suited for video conferencing where it is required to collaborate on top of the content shared. This is especially useful when work is related to graphic design, project management or revising drawings and reports.
I never faced any issue with the product.
Our IT department provide good support for the device.

  • User friendly interface, very easy to use.
  • Joining any meeting with one click only.
  • Webex assistant helps to manage calendar and run a meeting.

Webex boards save us so much time and costs driving to other locations!

We use three Cisco Webex 55 inch Boards in different locations for meetings and working together.
The locations are around 120 km away from another and we save much time and effort to get to meet since we do not have to drive to another location. Since we've had the boards, we often use them to work together on some specialties we would not have worked together on before.
  • Camera zooming to current speaker
  • Designed well
  • Good video quality based on connection
  • Foot stand has no rolls
  • Sometimes speakers have different volume
Well suited if you need video devices for your meetings or collaborating work. Best integrated in Apps and simple to use for everyone, whether technical fit or not.
We are very much satisfied with these devices, we definitely would buy them again.

Put these in collaboration spaces now and watch teams flock together to use them.

We typically use this product in what we call "project" rooms. They are rooms that allow a team to get together and collaborate on ideas. These boards bring in a digital whiteboards experience that allows ideas to flow and they hook together with other boards. Staff can "share" the whiteboard, allowing teams in different physical spaces to collaborate more effectively.
  • Digital whiteboard is a leader in this space.
  • The telephone features of the board work great!
  • Wireless screen sharing is also a heavily used feature.
  • If you are not a Webex Teams user there could be an easier way to save the whiteboards. They autosave into Teams but if you don't have that it's a clunky process to email the whiteboard to yourself. Not terrible, but not easy either.
  • They could make a mobile cart for these as you have to do to a third party to get a mobile cart and I would like to see a Cisco version of this.
I think this board will be best used in any room that people will collaborate in. I would not just go and replace whiteboards with these since having a regular whiteboard is nice. But, if you think that teams will work better when they can share the whiteboard with the other members in another location, then this is for you.
We have had to get a couple replaced because of defects and those have gone so well! We get units right away and send the old one back in the box the new one came in. So that process was great! And every time we have questions about these they get answered by professionals that know the products so well.

We use our boards for internal and external collaboration. Our technical teams use the boards extensively for meetings, with the sole purpose of the whiteboards to be saved and the collaboration in different buildings and sites, that allows the meeting to feel like the team is face to face.
  • Proximity connection is great, anyone can share to the board easily.
  • The whiteboard feature is great, and being able to save and go back is a great feature.
  • Dialing into meetings with face to face contact brings the participants together.
  • Allow the board to be more functional outside of Cisco Collaboration
  • Better wireless connectivity
  • More colors for the whiteboard
I push Cisco Webex Board Series all the time to our faculty and staff and explain to them how they can bring value to the classrooms instead of the standard projector and screen. I think the pairing with Teams and the functionality that is movable is very valuable.
Have not to date had to really work with support in-depth on the product, which I would guess says something since we have had some of our boards for a couple of years.

Cisco Webex Board is used in our company as a collaboration device for Webex meeting or internal meetings. We use also the Microsoft Teams intercrop for MS Teams meetings with other organizations. We could share documents and Webex Teams space and do collaborations with the whiteboarding feature. The Cisco Webex Board is really easy to use.

As with all Cisco Collaboration devices, it's very easy to join a meeting via the One Button to push feature. With one click you join your meeting, can share remotely without any cable, can make a call with Webex Teams or Webex Meeting app. However, it is not recommended for a direct call to an old device and it's better to call a meeting point.
As with all Cisco Support, there is no problem to say. Sometimes its longer but generally in 24 hours, the case is resolved. We never did any RMA for this type of device. We recommended the Cisco support for the Cisco Webex Board. Also, in case of a problem, you have a good Cisco community.
