Useful tool that facilitates communication.
Claromentis a digital workplace that enables employees to communicate and collaborate online. It has multiple useful features like a chatbox, document sharing, notification panel, etc. It really facilitates communication as Claromentis serves different purposes and has many useful features. I find it to be very complete and well-designed.

Another tool I used is Microsoft Teams. I find the layout of Claromentis to be better and file sharing is easier. Both platforms are easy-to-use and serve a similar purpose. There are slightly more features on Claromentis.

I use Claromentis for team communication, team collaborative learning, task management, and knowledge sharing. The product addresses the problems with vague communication, misunderstandings, and other issues which are currently related to remote work and colleagues working from home. My scope is to have clear communication with the team and everything can be accessed easily on demand.
