Since I am working as a data analyst, due to market demand we need to upskill ourselves. So a virtual learning platform is very crucial for us. We use this platform as a collaboration and virtual learning platform. The product address business problems like excellent engagement in virtual learning, efficient training management, broader insights to learner platform, helps with consistency of training.
use case includes departmental learning, user frequency of sessions organized.
Overall our productivity has increased due to Class for Zoom software.

It offers Structured Learning Flow which helps to avoid the logistical issues during classes.

We used Class for Zoom in our higher-ed program as a training tool; our instructors and, at times, online learning professors used this to train faculty on new changes, etc. It integrated easily with Zoom and was a wonderful addition at the time. Some professors used it because of its Data and tracking system that was easy to use and let them know talk time, etc.

Whenever we have a guest speaker hold a virtual tech talk, we use the Class for Zoom feature. This allows the speaker to manage Questions in a more concise manner instead of a prompter reviewing the chat history and jotting down all questions. Also, the breakout room capabilities is super helpful to drive more engagement.

I have been using this app for more than two years for my official online classes, and I am very satisfied with the feature and the quality of the class for Zoom app. In my organization, it is used for quick and constant communication on an international level. Class for Zoom is a secure app and is also used for the knowledge based communication like webinars, conferences, and much more. I have attempted some online courses through this app therefore, I have found that Zoom is the best app for students and workers.

Pros

We may use Zoom for multiple purposes, like virtual office meetings, attending or hosting webinars, online classes, presentations, etc.
Zoom works excellent on all the devices efficiently, whether it is pc, mac, mobile, or tablet.
Zoom has many unique features, like screen sharing, file sharing, live chatting, whiteboard, etc.

Cons

The virtual background feature doesn't work that great on windows devices even after having a sound graphics card and other required hardware
Its mobile apps lack many features which are available in computer versions

Zoom is a very effective tool for audio and video meetings. It gives us a very clear audio and video quality. Also gives us a very low delay time.
They should also provide the functionality of giving control to users so that they can edit files. They should improve their UI as well as try to enhance internet consumption so that zoom can work properly with a low internet connection.
