We used Class for Zoom in our higher-ed program as a training tool; our instructors and, at times, online learning professors used this to train faculty on new changes, etc. It integrated easily with Zoom and was a wonderful addition at the time. Whenever we have a guest speaker hold a virtual tech talk, we use the Class for Zoom feature. This allows the speaker to manage Questions in a more concise manner instead of a prompter reviewing the chat history and jotting down all questions. They should also provide the functionality of giving control to users so that they can edit files. They should improve their UI as well as try to enhance internet consumption so that zoom can work properly with a low internet connection.
