Classy Keeps It Real Easy!
I am still relatively new to my organization, and we were already set up with Classy before I got here. However, I know that they explored many other options, and Classy was chosen unanimously. We find it so helpful to have regular calls with a Classy representative, as it's always great to keep learning about new ways and best practices in fundraising.
We decided to move from iATS Payments to Classy for a couple of reasons. The 3 biggest reasons were the variety of payment options for donors, the self-service donation portal, and the breadth of donation page/campaign templates.

I have not used any other platforms like Classy. Given I came into this organization after Classy was already chosen, I was pleased with how easy it was to learn the platform and how user-friendly the entire thing is. Although I haven't used any other platforms like it, I would highly recommend it.

Consider Classy!
In the past, we used Click and Pledge which was super customizable (if you knew how to code) and pretty simple. It was lacking in the peer-to-peer/crowdfunding areas and was TERRIBLE on the support side, which we realized we needed fairly often. Classy was more expensive but alleviated a lot of problems for us.

Robust Fundraising Platform
We feel that Classy is superior to other options, but I also must admit that we're a small non-profit, so we haven't used a lot of other services at this time. Nevertheless, we highly recommend Classy for a wide range of purposes in the non-profit realm. It surely stacks well against other services.

Classy is great for smaller non-profits!
CrowdRise has been better overall for us. They are both very similar, but CrowdRise was cheaper for our needs and integrated with more of the other software that we used. You can't go wrong with either, but we prefer CrowdRise over Classy. However, Classy has more expertise and resources when it comes to articles and help.

Classy provides great tools for creating online donation pages
Classy is light-years ahead of DonorPerfect when it comes to creating customized pages for fundraising. DP's system was archaic and always looked like a 1990's MySpace page. Classy looks relevant and conveys more trust for our donors.

Classy is a breeze — and beautiful!
Classy is easier to use because it's simple and streamlined. Everything is in one place and easy to access (and well-designed!). You can easily export all donor information from each campaign whenever you choose, and the system automatically sends thank you emails so you don't have to.

Classy is reliable and fast.
Classy is much better than Eventbrite but is far behind Cvent in terms of an event platform. Classy is mainly for peer to peer, but they rolled out an event function that works okay but is missing some key features, like the ability to send an invitation out through the platform or attribute custom questions to more than all or one ticket type.

Centralized & Resourceful
I have not used or evaluated any other products like Classy. This was the system our nonprofit was using when I was hired. We have found no reason to look to other platforms as Classy has been invaluable to us. We really value Classy, and we are not looking to switch any time soon.

The Best Fundraising Platform Out There
I used Giving Fuel for a number of years, and while their prices are more competitive, they also don't provide the level of engagement and customer service coupled with great design and ease of use. Giving Fuel worked fine, but Classy has captured my attention and got my business.
