- Excellent customer support, they are very helpful
- The interface is pretty easy to use

- They do not integrate with a lot of other software out there

Best to Use and Easy to Operate
- Easy to integrate with multiple data source(Databases)
- Combine or integrate the data from multiple data sources for reporting
- best part is, same reports (Excel Report) can be visualize in the BI (Seamless Integration)
- For Charts and Graphs , getting the Power Point Deck would be helpful. As of now we use the data from Excel Reports

Great tool for a reasonable price

- Pricing is reasonable
- great customer support
- It does not have as many features as other platforms out there that could be missing.
- There are not a lot of integrations so we need to manually connect a lot of things.
- Integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Excel
- Build powerful and intuitive dashboards for reporting

- Mobile app access would be great
- Feature to schedule reports would be amazing

Amazing Data Analysis.
- Quick management of the data through Excel thanks to the tools Clear Analytics provides such as filtering different information for an easier view.
- Ability to add new KPIs to measure different areas of our business.
- Drag and drop tool which makes an easier usage of Excel.
- Cost-effective. I find Clear Analytics to be affordable considering the number of features added and the unlimited sharing and editing it provides.
- New employees have had a hard time understanding how to use Clear Analytics, which lacks beginner-friendly guides and it results in a more extensive training time for us.
- It requires an extensive knowledge of Excel prior to using this software.
