From starting off with recruitment till the onboarding and performance management all we got in one window which is ClearCompany, It helps us in identifying and analyzing the performance further it makes recruiting smooth and easily accessible.

We are a nationwide home services provider. We hire contractors for home services and employees to run the business operationally. This is used across multiple departments. We are able to quickly track, review and contact viable candidates without anyone slipping through the cracks. Everyone is able to see the status of candidates at the click of a button.

  • The chat is amazing they are very quick to respond with any type of questions and they never make the user feel stupid with asking the questions

  • Reporting is good however better ad-hoc reporting or exports from individual pages would be beneficial
  • pricing is usually based on headcount when not everything in the system is related to headcount. That structure could use some wiggle room
Being we do both contractor and W2, we find some verbiage that is strictly for employees, for example, one of the progress buckets is called "hired" or some of the wording in applications is strictly for W2. We are a unique company in this regard and we had no problems with workarounds or asking for some wording changes. We have a HIGH volume of a contractor and W2 needs. We love the ease of posting to major job boards upon opening the requisitions. One stop shop!

This is being used across the entire organization to support our talent journey, from initial application through onboarding and performance management.

With the current state of reporting, however, it is less appropriate for those who may use this as a significant part of their work or need this from a system. I know this is something being worked on, but it is my most significant want from the system right now.

ClearCompany is used as an engine to facilitate recruiting, onboarding and performance management. Our entire organization utilizes ClearCompany. Every new hire utilizes it for paperwork. We use it to manage personnel files. Our entire support team has their hands in ClearCompany in some form or fashion. It helps us know where a candidate is at in the hiring process. It allows for our people management to be 100% paperless. It also allows us to run performance reviews seamlessly.

ClearCompany has a robust process for paperwork. It is easy, quick, and organized. It is less helpful for recruiting. We still have to utilize other recruiting platforms because Clears reach is not strong enough. We have to manually open and close requisitions because our requisitions drop on the job boards. I wish Clear would keep our postings at the top on their own.

We use ClearCompany to fill our recruiting and onboarding needs, primarily with everything related to talent acquisition. It allows us to post to more than 30 job boards, and also allows our team to effectively manage and track our candidate's statuses, notes and, workflow throughout the onboarding process. Our HR team is able to sign into this cloud-based software and can run reports, post requisitions, update notes and more.
  • Real-time updates shared across the software with remote users. It allows us to effectively manage and track candidates workflows and status within the onboarding process. This helps us effectively communicate and keep hooks in the candidate without having them fall through the cracks.
  • ClearCompany is able to customize and report to fit our company. We are in a particular industry where our time to fill, hiring costs and other metrics vary from time to time. In order to get an accurate report, ClearCompany has gone above and beyond to customize our reports and give us the data we need with a click of a button.
  • ClearCompany is always in constant communication and willing to assist. The feedback from the support team is almost instantaneous. I have the direct number to my customer care agent and her manager as well. It's nice to know they are there to help at a moment's notice. The support team has a great chat feature that allows me to send a message while i'm on the phone. They are quick to respond and always friendly.
  • The newly revised interface has been helpful but at first, was difficult to navigate. Once I knew where everything had moved to, it was very easy to navigate through the menus and options.
  • There isn't much else that i'd like to add to this. All of my previous issues have been resolved or shown to me. I don't have anything negative to say about ClearCompany!
The security guard services industry is very fluid and always changing. Our company is growing at rapid pace and it's comforting to know that I have a program in ClearCompany that allows me to customize my requisitions to fit our new accounts across the country. I'm able to target specific areas based on zip code that will post to sites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkUp, ZipRecruiter, Monster, and our Facebook page. These mediums allow us to cast a wider net and attract qualified candidates in specific areas. It gives our company the edge over competitors who have historically failed at attracting top quality talent. I absolutely love using ClearCompany!

We are utilizing ClearCompany across our entire organization. This system has been a complete game changer for our team. We operate nationwide, so having a system I've been able to build out to fit our specific needs is exactly what we were looking for. Before ClearCompany, and before I joined the team, everything was being handled manually and by mail. Now we are able to streamline our hiring process as well as onboarding and the integration into ADP is the icing on the cake.
  • Customer Support has been right there every step of the way and makes time for my questions while ensuring I get things back on track as soon as possible if I'm having any issues.
  • The platform is super user friendly. Even teammates that are not very confident with tech are able to figure out this system with ease.

  • I honestly can't think of anything I would recommend for improvement at this time.
If your company needs to move into becoming completely electronic, as well as the option of having it being remote if needed, this is the way to go. ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! ClearCompany is being used by our HR and recruitment teams, along with all hiring managers involved in the recruitment process. We use it for interview scheduling, recruiting, tracking req progress, background checks, and offer letter creation.
  • Interview scheduling--ClearCompany integrates your Outlook calendar with their system, so when a candidate accepts an interview time, it goes right to Outlook.
  • Communication with hiring teams is super easy in this system. You just tag a hiring manager in the notes and communicate there regarding candidate progress. This is super helpful down the road as well if you need to look back at any communication (rather than trying to sift through emails).
  • The general setup is very user friendly. It is easy to find candidates, reqs, and information.
  • I do wish the statuses would flip automatically when a candidate accepts an interview slot vs. it staying at pending phone screen.
ClearCompany is the most user-friendly ATS I have used. From what I have seen, it could work well across all sizes of companies in HR/recruiting.

Clear Company is used for all hiring for our headquarters office. It has been tested for our field offices, but has not been implemented across the whole organization. It has been a great resource in tracking applicants, providing a central source for hiring managers to view applicants, and onboarding candidates.

While I haven't used other applicant tracking systems before, I have been impressed by the depth of what the company has to offer, while remaining user friendly. I've had great experiences with their customer success team. I'd be curious to see, if we implemented it to our whole organization (over 6000 staff), how it would hold up. I'm sure it would be great, I have loved it for our 200 staff, but I'm not sure how it would function with that many positions.

My company uses ClearCompany as a recruiting tool to post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage new hires' onboarding. We use ClearCompany across all of our divisions which span coast to coast to post all of our openings and to onboard new hires. It helps us better organize and manage the hundreds of job applicants we get each week.
  • Ability to post jobs to multiple boards.

  • More functionality for sorting job postings.
If you have multiple jobs to post and get in hundreds of candidates, ClearCompany is a great tool to have. There are several ways of sorting candidates and the ability to grade candidates and leave notes is making following up with candidates easy. I've used ClearCompany on a small scale, one division and one hiring manager, and as well as a larger scale with 40+ divisions and hiring managers. ClearCompany scaled up surprisingly well.

ClearCompany has been instrumental to our company. It has become a one-stop-shop for applicant tracking and recruiting. We are able to use other job boards and have them intergrated with ClearCompany so that we don't have to keep looking at individual job boards.

We use ClearCompany with all departments and markets at TAK Communications. Our managers, supervisors, support staff and HR team members love how user-friendly it is. The texting feature is the reason we also stay with ClearCompany. We have another HRIS that has an ATS in it but because they don’t have a texting option, we choose to stay with ClearCompany.

We currently use ClearCompany to help manage our performance evaluation process. It is used throughout the entire organization throughout 4 different divisions. The system provides a platform for our employees and their managers to have structured conversations around development and career accomplishments.
  • Implementation Manager, Strategic Advisor, and Customer Success Managers do their jobs extraordinarily well. Their commitment to successful implementation has exceeded all expectations.
  • Performance evaluation processes within the system make a lot of sense. Checkpoints are easy to follow and complete.
  • They are still a young organization so further development of the platform to handle customer issues is needed such as being able to customize layouts or engage peer feedback.
Small to mid-sized organizations that do not have internal development staff would love this tool. It gets the job done. Their applicant tracking system is further along than performance management but they continue to grow and increase in functionality.

We took advantage of ClearCompany's expertise to take our paper evaluation system to an electronic interface and had great results. The implementation team loved the easy setup and the managers loved the intuitive interface. ClearCompany's customer service goes above and beyond!

We use ClearCompany as our applicant tracking software to funnel any/all candidates that apply within our company into one area. This helps to limit the number of websites our HR team has to utilize (indeed, zip, monster, etc.) and keeps everything in one core area for easy access and workflow. It has eliminated repetitive responses by allowing for a bulk reply to numerous candidates who apply. The different workflows (which you can customize) keep candidates organized and moving quickly through our application and background check process.

Overall, ClearCompany has been a useful tool for our Company to streamline our applicant tracking process. We like having all of our applicants/candidates in one central location online vs. numerous different job engine websites, and having to access 5+ various job boards to review candidates. We do receive a few complaints regarding the ease of use from our management team. We were with a different applicant tracking system prior, and they seemed to like that a bit better. ClearCompany has made many improvements since we've been with them. They have excited their interview scheduling process and made specific changes within the administrative task area that allows for easier bulk replies, navigation, etc. We do find that they are the middle man when it comes to client relations between the larger job engines (indeed, zip recruiter), and when there is a problem posting a job to zip recruiters site to be specific, solutions are few and far between. We still have an ongoing problem with our candidates being automatically moved into a particular workflow when they don't complete their phase one application, which is causing more manual work on our part.

ClearCompany is used as our ATS for all hourly and professional position openings. It helps us advertise critical staffing needs across the organization. We also utilize reporting functions to forecast future needs and aged requisitions in conjunction with our budget. ClearCompany is also used to communicate internal opportunities which assist us with Succession Planning.

  • Less expensive ATS option for smaller companies
  • Implementation can be very lengthy and not always feasible for companies looking for a speedy integration
  • Functionality of program overall is very antiquated.
  • Response time is typically okay, but the time frame for resolutions to issues with the system can be over a span of weeks.
  • Not as user-friendly as other comparable ATS; missing a lot of basic bells and whistles that make the system easy to navigate.
ClearCompany has a lot of new features that assist companies in keeping up with the changing landscape of online recruitment of qualified candidates. It is easily linked to job boards such as Indeed and has options like email interview requests and texting, which assist recruiters to touch more candidates in less time.

ClearCompany is not for larger companies that have hundreds of hourly positions i.e. Retail Industry. It doesn't have adequate reporting or tracking of candidates' statuses, which are key for companies that size, since they usually have 20+ recruiters and members of talent acquisition. Our company recently fully staffed our recruitment team to 6 members and we are already having issues with the functionality and our number of seats, but the resolution has been longer than desired from ClearCompany.

We are a recruiting and consulting company and we use ClearCompany for our ATS. As a Recruiter myself, I use it everyday to review resumes, schedule interviews and document the process.
  • Scheduling Interviews. My favorite thing about ClearCompany is the ability to schedule interviews, and send candidates a list of times that I am available and have them select the most convenient option. It eliminates a lot of back and forth correspondence, and automatically puts appointments on my calendar.
  • We love the option to have candidates complete a video interview portion. You can customize the questions and it makes it a more personal experience.
  • One of our biggest struggles is managing duplicate applications within ClearCompany, which is very common.
  • We also have lots of applicants struggle with technical difficulties with completing the videos if they have multiple applications.
ClearCompany is great for staffing and recruiting firms, or corporations. You can view requisitions by client, or by position, and can grant access to hiring managers.

We use HRM Direct for our full-cycle recruitment process which includes onboarding for the entire company. The system is fairly user friendly for us as users. We have some issues with the applicant process as the system is not mobile friendly and makes applicants think they completed an application when they really didn't which results is missing application information (contact info).

HRM Direct is a fairly easy system to use. We solely work in transportation so we have to adapt ourselves to the system instead of the other way around. Working with the support staff is easy and they try their best to get us what we need.
