  • It had a positive impact on our business objective because the analytics showed us that we were much better off having prospects take over the screenshare and navigate through our website as we discussed it with them. We'd lose them when we just demo'd features but when they took control of the screen and drove the presentation, they became dialed in and engaged.

  • Reduced the amount of time that our sales staff have to spend searching for content or collateral. Everything is available in one area and can be surfaced as long as you know the keywords of the collateral you would like.
  • CS doubles as a conference line and online presentation platform, which is incredibly helpful. Rather than having to use multiple systems or launch an application that requires a plugin, CS launches right from my browser. Prospects that are viewing our presentations have the same ease of use with CS as well.
  • The integrations with Outlook, Gmail, and web browsers are a dual-edged sword sometimes. They do make it easier to link documents to emails, but they also tend to crash or cause issues with other software. I would say that overall the savings in terms of efficiency are greater than what has been caused by glitches, but not by much.
  • The tracking details on collateral sent to prospects are incredibly insightful and help us improve our future communication strategy. This has made us smarter about our future engagements by providing targeted information that the client cares about.

  • Has helped us close more deals because of the easy "on the fly" screen share
  • Also, you get a notification when people view your information so having that, I have followed up shortly after and closed the deal

  • There have been a few situations where ClearSlide has enabled me to close deals, as I got a notification that people were viewing my materials, allowing me to track and follow up at the moment.
  • ClearSlide is how we facilitate all of our external presentations so has allowed us to present on our services to potential buyers.

  • Positive: Reduction in time spend crafting brand new emails
  • Positive: Increase in communication and cross-collaboration among teams, especially when it comes to email content
  • Negative: Money spent on the solution seemed to be more than the value provided. However, I am not in a role where I am able to see a lot of data on costs, ROI, etc.

  • While in the field it is a cost-effective way to connect multiple parties for presentations across multiple locations including the conference calls
  • I've had little to no presentations that couldn't go through as a result of viewers unable to connect
  • The mobile app support also means I don't have to bring additional tools like slide clickers to move through presentations

  • Clearslide has had $0 return on investment for our company. We could not use their software for what it was designed in the first trial year we attempted to use their service, and none the less, they auto-renewed us for a second year of non-service despite our appeals to their executives and "customer success" managers to do the right thing.
  • Clearslide literally cost us 100% of the subscription value because we were unable to use their service to land a single account in over 2 years.

  • ClearSlide definitely provides increased employee efficiency, by immediately prompting the employee to leave detailed notices on the complete webinar. It provides a clear return on investment by giving businesses the opportunity to reach potential clients outside of their market without having to spend additional capital on travel expenses while giving the potential clients a more clear and concise vision of how your products and/or service will provide a return on investment for their establishment.
