We use Cleo Integration Cloud as our communication/Connection method to get files from our customers. At thesame time as the transformation of those messages to our back end system and vice versa from our back end system to the customers. The professional team is great to work with and understand what we need and give suggestions. The Support team are responsive and is able to point you in the right direction whether to support manual or answer your question. They are also able to show you what is causing the error and how to fix it.
