It’s being used for a D365 fin ops rollout to create training materials to support the user base. It’s a great easy to use tool that is able to support all areas of the business. The intention is that this will become the tool of choice going forwards for the business.
  • Switching languages
  • Creating supporting training documents

  • Templates for materials
  • It would be nice to take a couple of seconds off screen capture
It’s great for screen capture and switching languages. A very user-friendly tool that supports all areas of a business. Its integration is easy and manageable for all. The Costa of the product is simple and viable for anyone

In our company, ClickLearn is used to make instruction guides for how to use our D365 CE. We have sections for F&Q, General instructions, and then specified guides for different business segments. It is in use in over 30 countries to help salespersons to tackle problems when another support is not available.
  • Generate manuals.
  • Pronounces text.
  • Renaming records, books, shelves.
  • Adding new steps.
  • Recognizing fields when recording from web browser.
Even though ClickLearn is quite a handy tool, it takes time to create new records, or more like modifying those to be suitable for use. Also, when I have had questions about ClickLearn and considering that the software is for generating for example manuals, I have struggled with finding solutions to cases from the ClickLearn site. For example how to enable/disable Assistant -functionality. Had two private sessions, with two different support persons, getting two different ways to do things. Not good.

It’s the best software that helps save a lot of our company’s time and also helps in training by making a number of tasks on automation. While clicking it tracks all the steps and helps us to create our own training materials to support our organization. It’s the best software for a trainer as well as for the trainee.
  • Multiple outputs formats are available for our created content.
  • It saves a lot of time and makes many processes automated.
  • The best thing is the digital assistant that helps in many aspects.
  • It’s price is too high.
  • It do not support some window applications and also runs slower sometimes.
  • Some more features for editing should be included.
For the companies who are on their startups and really want to grow fast then they should try this software as it provides various learning aspects that are quite innovative and saves a lot of time in this competitive world. The learning system is improved with this software a lot. For companies whose budget is low then they should use free software rather than this paid one. But remember features will be less also.
