We mostly use ClickMeeting to organize webinars and another online meetings for the teachers and educators. During the pandemic of COVID-19, all the on-site meetings were canceled. We are grateful to have some platform where we can easily meet a lot of people. Mostly our webinar takes part around 100 people on ClickMeeting and we make live streaming of Facebook, to gather another 100 people.

All the webinars which we want to stream on Facebook are very well organized on the ClickMeeting platform. The support from the ClickMeeting team is excellent. We like to coolaborate with them. There was not any problems with the communication with the support teams. They really reply by a few secunds which is really helpful.

The ClickMeeting platform is less expansive and we can use it in Polish which is helpful for the co-workers who do not speak in English. We also like the design and the outface of the ClickMeeting a lot, it seems for me to be more elegant and designers which present our webinar better.

We need some support from ClickMeeting team when we organize much bigger webinars than normal (standard, around 100 people), for more than 1000 people and we need some support with the technical issues.
It's the best tool we have in our business to conduct the communication and meeting online. I would higly recommand this product for the various of possibilities. We have already used it for webinar, meetings, online training and live streaming to the Facebook. In all cases mentioned above the ClickMeeting looks great and we cannot compare it to any others product which I know.

We created a series of webinars targeting young, innovative minds in country. It lasted almost two months and gathered over 350 participants. It was very important to us that everyone could comfortably write their questions/opinions during the webinar, and Q&A function exceeded our expectations. With the end of this project we are currently planning new webinars and workshops that will educate the youth.

Creating webinars that need to be interactive and user-friendly. Our go to was: maximise the engagement and create space to speaking-up what's on their minds. Thanks to ClickMeeting we achieved those targets, and our participants were satisfied with the overall organisation of the event. In next step we will create smaller, but more "workshop-y" events, and we believe the platform will do great in new (for us) scenario.

We thought finding the right platform for our webinars would take at least a month. The whole process with ClickMeeting lasted around 3 days. Apart from the platform, we also gained a person who is with us every step of the way and helps us if something is unclear. We are very happy with offered functions and possibilities of integration (we will test them in the upcoming year).

We use online meeting tools for our development program and certification program. ClickMeeting has good (but limited) functionality, but okay for smaller entities conducting small webinars. [I believe] the pricing model and sales tactics are very misleading. In December 2020 we reacted to a sales offer received from ClickMeeting and upgraded our license, to find out that our license had now several limitations, making it not usable anymore for our business. When contacting Support, they refused to undo the latest purchase and revert to our previous setup. Canceling the account was also not possible as we just renewed (till Dec 2021) our yearly contract... Despite our cancellation request for the account, our contract was once again renewed automatically for another year (till Dec 2022) and deducted from our credit card. Once again the support department reverted to an online terms page and refused to cancel the latest purchase. [In my opinion] ClickMeeting is misleading, uses comparative advertisement, and is untrustfull. Our advice is not to do business with ClickMeeting. There are multiple other solutions on the market with real user support.

When conducting online meetings for small groups with limited functionality this tool works very well. For larger web meetings with multiple participants (that can talk in a meeting), [I believe] this tool only works well when paying top price. But paying the top price there are [in my opinion] other applications that will provide a better experience for less money.

  • At startup this was a great tool for our online classes (small organisation).
3 years ago, ClickMeeting was a great solution with some unique features, Worth well paying for. Today, all these features are available in multiple applications that offer way more outstanding features and have a better price model (and support).
Most features are available but depend on account type and are limited in the number of users compared to other applications the options are limited even for small users.
Support on technical features is overall good. Sales support is fast when it comes to upgrades or new customers, but once you are a customer, [I believe] the support is bad to non-existent. [In my experience] after-sales support is really below standard.
