I am relatively sure we will renew with click tools as long as a better/more affordable product does not come on the market. It is unlikely that we will not renew.

Price and functionality. We do not need a robust survey engine. A lot of survey companies take it to a very high level - higher than we need. We just need to be able to send out surveys, use skip logic, and sync to SFDC.

Salesforce integration and value for the money. With each release, Clicktools has gotten easier and more feature rich. The early rap on clicktools was that it was hard/confusing to build a survey. I think that objection is largely gone. Understanding what has been sent and who has responded is easy. Reports are clear and the SFDC integration controls access and information distribution. I have needed support assistance several times for setting up scoring systems and broken links. Their Support has been extremely responsive. I have never waited more than two hours for help -usually it's just a few minutes.

Not having to train on another tool is important. We already have experience with Clicktools and an established business partnership. Although I am not a decision maker for product purchases, I would support renewing with Clicktools if asked. Also, if customers are familiar with that look and feel I would keep it the same.

Clicktools has a very low cost for the high value it provides. Once integrated it is a very "leave it and forget it" solution. It integrates very fast and well with Salesforce. The low annual cost provides a large value to the company. We are very happy with this solution.

Our business processes are built around some of the Clicktools forms and our systems of customer satisfaction measurement depends on the surveys. We have invested heavily in building our these processes, surveys, and training employees around them. Clicktools will continue to innovate and release new features that we can leverage to improve our business.

We have loved using Clicktools and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. The price and Salesforce integration is what really sets it apart from any other solution out there. I have learned a great deal about surveys and how to manage them in a CRM by using Clicktools. We will certainly be renewing our contract.

Switching to a new tool is a hassle and there is nothing about Clicktools (other than it is a little pricey for what we need) that we are unhappy with. We evaluated many tools before selecting Clicktools and there are not many out there that seamlessly integrate with Salesforce as well as Clicktools does. This tool also gave us many more options that the free (and some paid) options out there.
