Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

When it came to the nuts and bolts of it all, it was the usability. I had used others, well tested and did trials, but CLickUp was the best for us. They all can be intimidating when first starting out however I was sold once I got in and got going. Add this to the price and features, it can't be beat.

Usability and features are the winners here for me. Other tools just havent stood up.

We needed something that provided a lot of options that we could customize to fit our needs. Honestly, it was quite overwhelming at first, but once we got used to everything that was available, we were able to create what we needed for each area of our production and project management.

We evaluated a number of products. We used ZohoOne. We still use MS Project for clients, Infinity, Harvest, and more. In the end, ClickUp's pricing was attractive. I thought that as we grew the integrations advertised would get me to the reporting I needed. I found this was true. I hired their professional services and although they were very professional I believe ClickUp just couldn't deliver on the reports.

I think prior experience is the most important thing to purchase a product. ClickUp has done it really well by offering its customers to try it for free and i still remember the promise of the CEO with one feature per week. He has done what he said, a man of his words.

When doing a scan of available products on the market, our first priority is that it met our requirements. So product features was at the top of the list, and already ClickUp exceeded many others in this regard. When looking at the price comparisons, this bumped ClickUp even further, since it was the best priced application across all the tools we looked at. There was simply no competition.

ClickUp provided exactly what our organization needed in order to effectively and efficiently complete our tasks as a team working at HQ and also collaborating with a remote team in multiple cities across the USA. I can't imagine what we would have done without ClickUp. The integrations and import process really made our jobs so much easier. We didn't miss anything. The notifications allowed us to collaborate in real-time.

The single-most important factor, above even price and features, was the direct recommendation by one of my employees that had managed to find and implement ClickUp first. She was using the free version, and it helped her reporting and efficiency enough that she invited the rest of the company at the time, and I made the decision to purchase a paid plan after seeing a direct impact on the quality of her work. Beyond that, the pricing was right, the features were somewhat more robust, and ultimately easy to use.

Product features were generally the key for us to move over to ClickUp from Asana. We've been looking for a system that would be the most flexible and spent tens of hours on exploring the market. ClickUp was simply the fruit of our long research into what system would be best suited for our needs.

Product features was the key reason why we migrated from Asana and started using ClickUp. ClickUp has all the features that Asana provides and additional features for better task management and categorization.
