No, I most certainly can not, as they have not once provided even successful or satisfactory support, let alone exceptional support - again, unless you ask them, in which case I am certain they believe they've done an amazing job every time.

I honestly don't remember the issue, it was when we first got ClickUp (long time ago). I do remember that the issue was solved quickly and correctly. That feeling sticks with me more than the actual issue.

It's like Chipotles in my area, some of them are awful and some are great (but they all have delicious food). Can I really recall all the issues at the bad ones? No, but I remember standing in the restaurant frustrated and thinking I'm never coming to this location again.

I was working in ClickUp and one of my tasks kept giving me an error when I tried to scroll through them on a list. The only way I could find that task would be to exit the task view and go to the list view and search for that particular task. I report the bug, and my chat support agent was immediately sympathetic in working with me and assured me that I would be the first to know when the bug was resolved. ClickUp is a great team of communicators.

The onboarding process was some of the best I’ve experienced. A half hour call with a ClickUp expert. They gave advice specific to our use case such as teaching us how to use sprints and how to setup a backlog. That single half an hour call saved us hours of guess work when building the workspace.

I experienced an issue with the way a task would show on a printed or saved PDF of a task and its comments, with a page break at an arbitrary place, which resulted in cut-offs. I was as detailed as I could be, and so was the response - from testing my ticket to resolution, I could find absolutely no cause to complain.

We reported an issue with time tracking discrepancy. ClickUp investigated it for a long while providing status updates. We felt like we were 'in it with them' as it progressed. We were pleased with a solid outcome which meant it was rectified.

Honestly almost all my support experiences have been exceptional. On more than one occasion, I have gotten a custom video to show me a workaround for a problem made by the support person just for my situation. I've copied that technique now for our own company when we provide support.

As stated earlier, we once had a problem with the renewal of our yearly licenses for the paid membership. ClickUp resolved the issue quickly and delivered an exceptional customer service, thanks to which we were able to focus on our work, instead of dragging this topic for a long period of time. We've been directly contacted by an account manager dedicated to our account to enhance the process and that helped a lot as well.
