We have our Digital and Amazon advertising teams, Production team, Executive team, Creative & Development teams using ClickUp daily for assigning out work, creating workflows, completing tasks, and having a place to keep and store notes from meetings using Docs. These are the people creating the work as well as completing the work for the agency and clients.

We use the white board feature to plan our design and build business. Once this is completed we use the other lists to compile tasks for the team. This is how we follow o n progress from beginning to completion of a project. By integrating Slack with our ClickUp we can stay on top of everything very easily.

We have project management, business analysis, QA, development, sales, marketing, and HR departments using ClickUp to manage projects, coordinate, log time, collaborate, communicate and report purposes. The marketing and sales teams use it for marketing and sales tasks. The business analysis team collects requirements, project management organizes and schedules, the development team completes tasks, and the QA team tests them. All of them log their time and the HR department collects the time reports.
