Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We had been testing several systems along with ClickUp. My wife was pretty set on Dubsado and Trello. I was not a fan of either based on the cost and also the functions. I had been testing Monday.com and was pretty pleased but the cost compared to ClickUp is a no brainer. Lastly, once I got in and began using ClickUp, I knew I was not going to be using Monday, Trello, Dubsado, Teamwork, Asana and so on.

Monday - Great for 1 person business or super small teams but can't handle the layout and automations for large complex projects Asana - not as user friendly, missing no-brainer features that I love to use in ClickUp

ClickUp Replaced Asana and its for the following reasons. 1. Its feature rich and we have a lot of features to choose from. 2. Its fully customisable to suite the businesses needs 3. The Goals function is a game changer 4. The Documents capability helped to centralise the documents related to the business

In the end, we knew we were growing and should have bit off the better functionality with the bigger price tag of Wrike I believe.

ClickUp replaced Jira, Trello in my office. The reason is very simple: it has everything we need from assigning tasks, keeping track of each individuals, taking notes, tool integration.

We replaced Asana. Even though our organization was using the Enterprise level plan, we were constantly having to come up with workaround solutions for daily project work. For example, our organization was using the Workload feature in Asana to ensure that team members workload stayed within business hours. However we ran into so many issues with the Asana workload feature, since many tasks required several people to be assigned. Unfortunately in that tool, only one person could be assigned to each task, and therefore the workload function is always inaccurate.
In ClickUp, however, being able to assign multiple people per task ensures that estimating is more accurate and we can better plan workloads.

Trello wasn't set up in a way that allowed our team to manage tasks effectively. It lacked integrations and different board views. We didn't have the ability to collaborate in an efficient way. It wasn't user-friendly. For minor tasks, Trello fit the bill, but ultimately, we needed something more robust and customizable. ClickUp answered that call.

I fully replaced Asana, and have partially replaced some other office software like Excel and Google Sheets for a number of other tasks. I needed something that would not only allow me to bring a task to completion but to combine several different "branches of the tree" into one large trunk. Asana allowed some of that to happen, but ClickUp not only had a better price point at the time, it had some additional tools that I desperately needed.

Asana

It wasn't intuitive - we were always shuffling things around and nothing quite fit the purposes that we needed the software for. The tasks are nice, but being able to see them on a master calendar and add the level of detail we can in ClickUp has been a game changer.

We were able to stop using TimeCamp and Asana and instead swap them for just ClickUp instead. Thanks to that we do not have to worry about integration between those systems, which was often breaking up for us, thus leaving us without a much-needed tool for time tracking.
