great, too much customization or too many ways to do things

ClickUp on mid-to-large companies.

Thanks to the software's functions, our workers have had a much easier time keeping track of things. It's significantly more straightforward to tag a person and share a link to an asset than to scroll through a texting app or email and try to find the conversation that opened up at some point. ClickUp had its issues when implemented, but slowly, the pros outweighed the cons.

Super good app for order and control.

I have to be honest. The feature set is massive in ClickUp. This can be overwhelming, as tools and settings do sometimes move around without announcement. For a seasoned user, it is fine but I believe it has a steep learning curve if you are a business of a large size. Some of the UI elements are questionable, but the ability to see and use the information in whatever way you want is why I still have to rate this highly.

Streamlined Collaboration and Communication with ClickUp.

I gave the usability rating for ClickUp a 7 because we have found that the initial learning curve, specifically for non-technical people, can be steep. Some features can feel overwhelming at first, and it takes some time to find certain folders, questions, etc. This is mainly due to the large repository we've built up and the fact that the search function is not always working as intended.
