What is Close CRM?

Close is a sales engagement CRM designed to help SMBs turn more leads into revenue. A multichannel platform, Close lets users email, call, and text leads from the desktop — without add-ons. Every touchpoint with a lead is automatically tracked in a visual timeline so teams can skip the CRM busywork and focus on the deal. The vendor states that with its productivity tools like the task reminders and the Power Dialer, users will reach more leads, follow up more often, and close more deals.

Close (CRM) is used to support our sales team, we can handle several options like emails, messages, and call directly to our future clients, keeping continuous communication with them. Our big trouble with this CRM (Close) is tracking hours from our sales team, this CRM is really good to increase sales and having a great sales interaction and follow-up, but, is a headache to track hours, breaks, lunch from the team, and we must implement a special software to track and reports hours from agents.
  • Excellent to handle email with customer.
  • We can implement links to fill out some PCI Complaint form.
  • Holistic Reports of sales and agents follow up.
  • Pretty good price per user and different levels of services.
  • Hours tracking, must improve in get and run data hours.
  • Reports could improve, be more detailed and specific.
  • Predictive dialer just added in more expensive plan.
Excellent software to increase sales and follow up with existing and new customers. Email and SMS handling are really easy for the sales team, managing leads is really great, and Close merges duplicate leads to help our Data Leads avoid repetitive and unnecessary calls. As mentioned in some comments before, must improve in reports, Close is not appropriate to handle or track agents' hours making it necessary to implement additional software to cover this area.

  • Excellent cost/benefit performance
  • Economic price and options provided accordingly
  • Good management of the sales team and its performance
For a specific sales team, Close performs better sales tracking and email and SMS management, with a fresh and modern interface, making the team's work more comfortable, with a holistic (but not complete) tracking and reporting of the data. Helping to improve the performance of each agent and obtain better results. For all other campaigns we use the predictive dialers mentioned above, Close is better for tracking current customers and for warm leads.
It is a very good and almost complete software (CRM), the easy and direct handling of different ways of communicating with clients is really good, it has areas for improvement like everything in life, they can improve the reporting area and offer a better Experience in managing agent hours and tracking them.
Close's support team offers a really good service, they are always willing to help with whatever is needed or arises, they investigate everything they need to find a solution and give an answer as quickly as possible, their attitude is better and their optimism really helps in times of stress, they do a great job in record time.

I am a business consultant and often in the position of recommending CRMs to companies I work with. There are tons of great CRMs in the marketplace but Close is my go-to #1 recommendation for Sales teams. Close is feature-rich with some very advanced features but they are presented in a manner that is simple to use with a great UI/UX.
  • Power dialer.
  • SMS
  • Integrations
  • Video
  • Reports
  • Some 3rd party integrations could be eliminated by bringing them into the feature set of Close.
Close is my #1 choice for sales teams, both inbound and outbound. The telephony features in Close are exceptional and they lead the Industry in features and innovation. The power dialer increases productivity by cutting down the manual time of physically dialing calls. All calls and interactions including SMS messages are automatically logged to the client's account within the CRM.

  • Increased Sales.
  • Increased Productivity.
  • Increased Employee Moral.
  • Decreased expenses on SAAS.
All the same features and more in a much better user experience. Lots of integrations of Salesforce require a dedicated employee just to manage Salesforce and make changes. Close just works out of the box and is easy to change and customize.
It's my favorite CRM to recommend to sales organizations. Robust Telephony options including a Power Dialer, SMS, and Voice Drop, are completely integrated into the CRM. The kicker is you can have "Unlimited" contacts where many platforms charge based on the number of users. This can make a huge difference in monthly billing.
Stellar support, quick response times, support staff clearly understand issues submitted, solve problems, and provide relevant answers.

Close has been helpful in generating outbound email campaigns; our sales team is highly dependent on it for reaching out to prospects. Apart from campaigning, it is also a complete sales CRM where one can have a complete track on the lead status. Close is playing an important role in managing the leads without the interference of a second person--it is highly understood to every salesperson.
  • Email campaigning
  • Lead management
  • Sales acceleration
  • Analytics
  • Selection of leads for campaigns
  • More enhanced UI
I was very messy with the need follow up on things and I hardly recalled my prospects, so we've used few other CRMs but we haven't received fruitful results. To be honest, Close has helped a lot in lead management for me and the team as well. Close can be a wonderful tool if it simplifies its platform terminology so it's understandable to every user.

  • Better follow-ups
  • Multiple email sends
  • Clear visibilty of opportunities
Salesforce was actually a good platform but it was a bit expensive for an organization that is in a growing stage. Close is relatively cheaper and has almost the same functionality as Salesforce. We've also tried a few other platforms, but nothing has been very beneficial or as suitable for us as Close.
Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud), Zoho CRM, Trello
Close is a simpler platform to use when it comes to initiating email campaigns and managing leads. It has great visibility on opportunities and can be shared with specified users or can also be kept confidential. Close is not for someone who is very new to tools of its kind.
I haven't really had the need to use their support, but the only time I had an issue with the platform, the Close team was very attentive and responded in a short span of time. Also they take minimal time to solve issues. The only con here is there is no way to reach out to them apart from email.
