CloudApper CMMS

The CMMS software is Mobile-focused which helped me to effectively assign, monitor, and execute all maintenance activities of my workers from anywhere and anytime making my task easier. Earlier it was a time-consuming task, and due to double data entry it was difficult for employees to sort out tasks, now I can easily see who is assigned for what and who is doing what.

The software is a mobile and cloud based application that made my task to manage assets and equipment of my business easy, I can easily maintenance schedules, my inventory, work order routing, and reporting using my mobile phone. The solution helps my employees to operate more efficiently and provides management with real-time visibility into the status of their assets and maintenance plans.

CloudApper CMMS is being used by both the maintenance team but can be accessed by regular employees too. Maintenance teams use it for organizing and updating maintenance tasks whereas regular employees use it to request work orders or to report malfunctioning equipment. The solution, just as the name suggests, helps with our organization's maintenance management efforts, helping keep the equipment run more reliably, last longer, and without causing safety issues.

The management of enterprise assets and equipment, maintenance schedules, inventories, work order routing, and reporting was made easier with CloudApper CMMS. Our employees were able to work more efficiently as a result of the solution, and our management had real-time access to asset status and maintenance plans. It was very simple to schedule maintenance and manage inventory through CloudApper CMMS.
