CloudCall has proven to be a valuable tool for users across various industries. The ability to access call recordings on the portal has been particularly beneficial for resolving complaints and investigating customer issues. Real-time call listening is another feature that users have found useful for monitoring agent interactions with customers. Additionally, CloudCall's integration with popular CRM systems allows for easy submission and viewing of call notes and recordings, streamlining workflows and improving productivity. The software provides a decent VoIP solution with reliable and easy-to-set-up IVRs, saving time and minimizing mistakes in automation of admin tasks. Users appreciate the flexibility of making calls remotely from anywhere, which is especially beneficial for staff working in remote or hybrid environments. However, some users have reported occasional issues with clarity and patchy service, indicating areas for improvement. Nevertheless, overall, CloudCall has helped streamline communication processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer service for many users.

Easy-to-use click-to-dial function: Users have found the click-to-dial function of CloudCall to be user-friendly and intuitive, streamlining the calling process. Several reviewers have mentioned this as a positive aspect.

Real-time call listening for effective communication: The real-time call listening feature in CloudCall has been highly beneficial for users, particularly during remote working and onboarding. It allows for effective communication and quality improvement, with multiple reviewers mentioning its usefulness.

Seamless integration with CRM platforms: The integration of CloudCall with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Bullhorn CRM, is considered one of its best features by many users. This integration provides easy access to client information, department contacts, call recordings, and SMS capability within the CRM system.

Confusing Log-In Process: Several users have found the log-in process of Cloudcall to be confusing and mentioned that it is easy to get lost in the system. They have reported difficulties navigating through the interface and understanding how to access certain features.

Frequent Dropped Calls: Many users have experienced frequent dropped calls while using Cloudcall, especially when making calls using a laptop with a headset. These dropped calls interrupt communication and can be frustrating for users trying to conduct business or maintain important conversations.

Inability to Itemize Old Call Recordings: Users have expressed frustration with the inability to easily identify and categorize old call recordings in Cloudcall. The recordings are received as bulk files without clear identifiers, making it challenging for users to locate specific recordings or review them in an organized manner.

We use CloudCall as a telecommunication tool to contact our clients and related team members to check on the project status through our company systems. Due to the software's integration with our CRM system, I can directly call the client/project lead team, depending upon my access with the person. It is very productive because of the features like click-to-dial and analytics, reduces our work time, and also helps in keeping proofs by voicer-recording.
  • It provides very clear in-call sound quality.
  • Has great integrations with systems which makes it more compatible.
  • Auto-call recording system
  • One tap call features also has an added advantage
I think CloudCall is better for enterprises that need to keep the clients and employees in contact but on a professional basis. Talking over the phone makes a person understand better as compared to email conversations and takes less time too, so, CloudCall fits the gap by providing better quality calls and gives analytics as well.

  • Makes project work move fast, making the process productive.
  • Keeping record of the calls made for validation or verifications.
  • The only negative impact I feel is when we need support during server errors, which lags sometimes.

Cloudcall works great for VOIP calling. I manage a sales team of 10 people who have to do a lot of cold calling to generate leads. It becomes crucial to use a service like cloudcall to ensure that the call is seamless and that personal number are not revealed. The IVR is also very easy to setup.

CloudCall is best suited for sales teams which need to do a lot of outbound calls throughout the day. The inbound IVR feature is also very useful. This works for all sizes of organization as they have various licensing tier. The log management is in-depth making it easy to track the positive leads.

Great Phone System with room for improvement

CloudCall is our phone system for the entire organization. We all work remotely, so it helps address the issues of not being next to each other. It allows us to reduce office equipment since it does have an app as well as can be used on the computer.
  • Innovation- has technology that a lot of competitors don't
  • customer service and support
CloudCall's concept of being accessible on the iPhone via the CloucallGo app is excellent. However, at times the app drops calls, and calls are poor quality. Their softphones and chrome extension work great. Also, the call recordings and integration with a Bullhorn is excellent.
