SMS helps us reach our customers for important business announcements. For example, we recently closed down our physical location until the pandemic settles down a bit. Leveraging CloudContactAI, we were able to inform our customers that we would continue business but only online.

[CloudContactAI] is a great tool for email marketing. If you’d like to step your email marketing up a notch while integrating it with your entire marketing workflow then this is an investment that’s worth it. It is used by our Marketing Department.

The app itself is intuitive, has clear navigation, and offers many help touchpoints. I don't think there is any need of improvement at this time.
