We got some issue where our configuration was not correct on the portal. it take us a long time to figure it out where the issue what untill we check all our settings and than it start working. Would be nice that they guide us on the screen where we have to click or even if they can fix it at there end.

Previously on the free or Pro plan with Cloudflare, we were unable to get the support we needed. Complex issues seemed to never be resolved, and we had to jump through hoops explaining issues multiple times.

That said, after upgrading to an Enterprise plan, the support we've received has been stellar, immediate, and much more knowledgeable. We doubted Cloudflare's support before signing an Enterprise agreement, and we were happily shown that Cloudflare could provide the level of support we were looking for after joining their Enterprise plan.

Very complex issues have been able to get almost immediate resolutions via phone support when needed.

To me the best customer support is when you don't even have to contact them at all because their product just plain works, all of the time. I love using my Cloudflare service and one of my favorite parts is that I have never had any bugs due to the service itself. It actually solved a problem of our site going down due to attacks from competitors and it allowed us to block traffic from countries which we did not serve that were sending malicious traffic.

The only times I ever had to contact support was just for general question about features and services. The responses were always fast, through and only required me to reach out one time to get the responses that I needed.

I have used the service ranging from free to the $200 monthly Business plan. They all worked great and support was fast and easy regardless of the plan. But again, the part that I love the most is that the project just plain works so contacting support is hardly an issue, if ever, which I absolutely love.

During the initial phase of Cloudflare enrollment there were some challenges which got addressed regarding custom pages view. After few years we have to change the nameservers to different provider and it was in free plan and it was not possible but the support team came in call in a snap of 15 min we got upgrade the plan and we were able to change Nameserver. The project was very critical but the response time was very fast and they gave a quick solutions.

Yes! As mentioned, we were accidentally submitting hundreds of thousands of redundant calls and we got a proactive reach out from a (I think) VP of engineering over there with suggestions on what he thought was happening. We had it fixed very quickly!
