What is CloudShare?

A solution to create virtual software training, POCs and demos. CloudShare offers a simple virtual IT lab to create compelling hands-on software product experiences used to WOW customers and prospects.

CloudShare features:

1. Fast Setup: Spins up interactive software experiences in a flash. Environments can be created and cloned in minutes to mimic real-world experiences for demos, POCs, and training.

2. Hands-on Assistance: Real time user progress can be monitored to give users the attention they need to succeed with over-the-shoulder capabilities and screen take over.

3. Advanced Collaboration: Improved through Slack integrations, chat, webhooks, and in-app video conferencing to support product competency.

4. Cost Control: Resource allocation is improved with automation to suspend or delete environments when not in use.

5. Reporting and Analytics: Optimizes the performance of sales and training environments with analytics. CloudShare REST API can be used to send custom data to BI tools.

CloudShare states their current customers include global brands like Salesforce, Palo Alto Networks, RSA, Motorola, and Atlassian. The service is ultimately presented as a purpose-built platform to close more deals, increase customer retention, and deliver impactful training.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I think it helped a lot with our virtual training more than anything. I think the hardest part of any business is getting everyone on the same page, and sometimes software can be the issue that causes that to happen. With Cloudshare, I felt our processes were a lot smoother when it was time for some virtual learning, especially during the hurdles of the last two years!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

An application that offers flexibility in educational environments is always an advantage. This advantage is for the benefit of both the student and the instructor. You get a virtual classroom environment to test solutions and give demonstrations to students. It provides a good solution to enhance the virtual classroom experience. However, we are still in the testing and review phase.

We save time as we can keep virtual classrooms always ready.
It may vary according to the usage scenario, but the user interface is comfortable. When you go into a little detail, you may not need counseling for initial use.

All of these actually give you a profit. Time wasted, less application usage, less resource consumption, etc.
