Perfect for when you need to sync data with your existing CRM. Call recordings are easily accessible and can be annotated, which is also reflected in the CRM, where anyone can view this information if needed. Cloudtalk is by far the best value-for-price software out there for call center solutions. Packed with features, very accessible, kind and accessible customer support, and cheap, especially when compared with their competitors for the same range of features. Easy entry-level software, especially if you're a startup that doesn't want to make big initial commitments but needs a solution that scales with the business.

We love CloudTalk for our sales team. The team needs a strong call tool complete with reporting and insights about the calls. This makes the platform a key tool in our toolbelt for the sales team. We have very limited use case adoption beyond this, so we haven't explored the other areas of the product quite yet.

We made the switch to CloudTalk to try and ease a lot of our admin duties when it came to monitoring inbound and outbound calls. The transition was smooth and it was easy to navigate the application for our team. We receive quite a lot of calls on a daily basis, so being able to see details relating to the caller as well as being able to link their details to Intercom to follow up is extremely useful for us.

We utilise it as a softphone solution because we all work remotely from the United Kingdom, the United States, and Israel. This provides us with a phone number that we can use to allow potential clients to call PlanetWatchers. We also use the solution for client calls both locally and internationally. As mentioned previously, CloudTalk is perfect if you are working with business partners we are based abroad or even in other continents, as you don't have to be worried about any hidden fees and enormous cellular bills anymore. CloudTalk would not be that suited for someone conducting business only locally.

CloudTalk is a perfect addition for our call center, enabling our appointment setters to easily work within our CRM with the CloudTalk utility. The real-time syncing with data, contacts, and reports/analytics is refreshing. I cannot think of a scenario where this platform wouldn't be appropriate for our business. The only feature that is lacking in video chat but we've overcome this need with Google.

If the phone is your least popular contact channel or you only need it for outbound, then CloudTalk will be a good fit for you. It is easy to use and has a friendly interface but needs some features to bring a good amount of features to catch up on other VoIP systems like Avoxi or Aircall.

Voice calls [with CloudTalk] work very well from pretty much everywhere, you just need to have a good network connection and the audio quality of the phone call will be perfect.
This is really helpful to avoid for example roaming costs and also to have one single phone number to be contacted by the customers.
Where I find that CloudTalk can improve is on their native iOS application where sometimes is unstable.
