It is always helpful and responsive, therefore we can always ask our questions and get a fast solution to it. That makes really the difference if we have a high workload then it is important to be able to work as productive as possible. Not all software support is giving such a great service, CloudTalk is excellent in it.

Because it solves all problems we faced initially and it makes us data-driven team with its HubSpot integration. CloudTalk is a good investment if you are keen to track actions in your team.

They are in meltdown right now, their service is constantly not working, support is now virtually non existent and our account manager has given up on the system too, and has given up supporting us too. Looks like we'll be moving to something new ASAP.

They are skilled, experienced, and anytime I need something and contact the support time, I get the right person who understands my needs and reacts to them accordingly. So far I was only pleasantly surprised by the level of support these guys provide and coming from a customer service oriented background myself, I can only say keep it up guys, you are doing a fantastic job!

It is simply amazing. If I have a question, I just call the support team. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you're not sure how does something work, they will make sure you understand. I could ask anything and always get an answer. I am very impressed by the offered services.
