Cloze is a good tool as an email system with great analytics on the contacts and on the emails.
The user interface is far too full of information, it’s too much not to be distracted. It would be great if it was simplified.
I do not recommend it as a Sales CRM because it’s very complicated to manage the deals and the contacts involved in every deal.
Cloze needs a total and profound refurbishment.

I chose Cloze only because of its email receipt confirmation feature, which is still the main reason why I use it today.
Moreover, I like the fact that contacts are automatically enriched with more information as the conversation with that person continues and more information items are being shared.

- Contacts merge without user's permission.
- Cloze auto merges contacts and you have to go split them back apart if they don't belong.
- Support is terrible in my opinion. I feel they won't and don't listen to your problem or solve it, they tell you how they use it and that is the way things are. I don't believe they are not here to help you, all they care about is $$$$$.
- They don't offer phone support unless you want to spend $250 a month or have 10+ users on your account. They started that 2 years after we signed up with them.
- Their support is sending you instructions they have posted on the website, and in my experience, if you don't understand what they sent they will not offer to do a screen share session to help you better understand what they are talking about.
- NONE WE HAVE LEFT.
- Negative - We have a contact database of 100000 contacts that we have to go in and rebuild on our new TMS system because, in our experience, Cloze destroyed 5 years worth of data with their smart features and AI.
- Automatically logs calls.
- Automatically syncs related files, emails to contacts.
- Mobile apps is feature rich.
- Reliable, with no found bugs.
- Not good as a comprehensive project management tool.
More importantly, Cloze will help to keep good records over the entire history of contacts without the need for unnecessary manual input!

- Saved a lot of time, finding related contacts, job files, etc. due to powerful Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive syncing, and fetching of files.
The downside is that it is not strong as a project management tool/ task manager for Service Delivery.
Don't expect it to be an email marketing tool either. It was not designed as such.
