CoConstruct's customer support is phenomenal. I know that any email I send will be answered within 5-10 minutes. Sometimes they'll even send me custom screenshot video tutorials made on the spot to answer a technical question. It's also easy to get them on the phone in a pinch.

The support staff is brilliant; they don't operate on Australian time, so you can't just dial up support when you need it. The response times are quick, and the staff is knowledgeable. They are also well versed in most of the differences between buildings in the US and the building in Australasia. Despite their funny accents and strange use of the English language, we get by just fine!

  • The customer support for CoConstruct is hands down the best I have ever experienced from a software company. Any time I send a support request through the help center, my questions are either acknowledged or answered and solved within 20-30 minutes. For more complicated items, they will keep in touch with me as the team works through the problem.
  • I often offer enhancement requests which they take seriously, and over the years, some of the changes that I have wanted to see have been implemented.
  • Excellent customer service!

Customer support is stellar. We love how they provide valuable resources for new users such as CoCamp, as well as their training videos and articles. They also do these little checkins, which mean they are very proactive in making their customer succeed through their platform.

  • Customer service is incredible! The self-help section of CoConstruct is one of the best I have seen with how-to videos and articles explaining the majority of problems.
  • If self-help doesn't work, their support staff is readily available and eager to help even if that help includes changing the Co+ infrastructure to better suit my companies needs.

What is CoConstruct?

CoConstruct is an all-in-one Custom Builder & Remodeler Software. It allows users to enter data once and have that information flow through the estimate, specs, selections, bids, proposals, change orders, and budgets, including to and from QuickBooks.

In addition, CoConstruct includes scheduling and 3-way communication between builder, client, and trade partners. Everything is captured via email and texting. Login isn't required for communication.

Construction Management features allow users to coordinate projects easily, from todo management, to dynamic schedules, to a job log and timesheets. Custom builders and remodelers can coordinate field and office schedules, track expenses, budget & forecast construction costs, and integrate with QuickBooks for managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
