Also, it is very affordable and easy to configure and use, so even if you have a small team to work with it suits you very well! The Support of CodeTwo is very helpful and fast. The try there best to solve your problem and they also analyses the Problem together with you. Although they teach you and you get the information you need. The product itself is very easy but in some case it can be a bit dificult to ceate special signatures but dont worry if you cant solve the Problem on your own, the Support will help you.

In Microsoft Office 365, you have no other option, but to automate signatures, so CodeTwo Email Signatures was the best tool for us. In the meantime, I can tell others that we had a great feeling from the beginning. Once the setup is done, there are no addtional administrative changes that have to be done. I can not think of a scenario where CodeTwo should not be used. When you are on the go a lot and message a lot of people from your mobile devices it gives some sort of peace-of-mind knowing that your signature will always be added in the most correct way. Also when having mutiple people messaging different customers its a way to stand out and streamline your signatures.

It is very useful for an M365 environment where users need to send emails with signatures. Also, the possibility of changing signatures very fast is really good. You can also attach different signatures for other languages or easily integrate pictures or documents to your signatures. There also is the possibility to use different types of signatures by groups.

CodeTwo is perfect for large environments with Active Directory implemented. It is good where changes to the regulations are often made (e.g. during marketing campaigns). I recommend it to every IT department that struggles with the configuration of footers on many positions. It is not profitable to use CodeTwo for several mailboxes

We're using it as our standard signature for most of our users. Some of our users need special signatures for special positions and they can activate the signature by e.g. typing keywords in the subject line - or by addressing special recipients. It works just well! You can also let the signature be chosen by variables like country or city - just great and easy to set up.

If you are looking for an email signature management tool that allows for easy management, straightforward designs, and simple interface then CodeTwo will help you. The analytics and what is reported is lacking but we use UTM tags on all links within the emails as a way to work around this.

In my company I have to use two add-ins, COM add-in and the cloud add-in. Because by the users that send many mails with shared boxes and cloud add-in was complicated to set the user name not the shared boxes name. With COM add-in it is very simple.

Anyone who wants a uniform appearance across multiple devices, instead of sending signature design templates to every single user, everything can be managed from one location. This also works across iOS, Android, Outlook, Gmail etc. Before CodeTwo, we were developing Word templates, asking users to insert in Outlook, then testing the appearance for every single user. This was very time consuming and highly prone to breaking. We haven't had issues since adopting CodeTwo.

CodeTwo Email Signatures lends itself perfectly to larger organizations where there are ever-changing staff numbers, changes to staff work roles, and especially where users are mobile. CodeTwo Email Signatures may not be beneficial to companies with only 1-2 users, although it is designed to cater for any sized company.

CodeTwo is best for companies wanting to automate adding on their email signatures who are using Office 365. If you have an HTML developer or designer CodeTwo can be used to make very fancy signatures, but if you don't, their basic templates will work. CodeTwo could work for 5 user businesses, but I wouldn't recommend the cost as that can easily be maintained. CodeTwo makes sense for our business as we have close to 100 users and we can easily apply the signatures by pulling user info from AD.
