Ultimately, our organization selected CodeTwo Email Signatures for Microsoft 365 due to its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and our current licensing model we use at Microsoft 365, robust feature set, very user-friendly interface, and reputation for reliability and customer support which is super fast and very well. CodeTwo's solution aligned closely with our organization's requirements for centralized email signature management, brand consistency, and compliance.

Big factors in our decision-making were multi-tenancy support, pricing, dynamic signature processing, workflow consistency and the ability to access the raw html if needed. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's cloud processing specifically offers great flexibility and allows us to offer a consistent experience, no matter the user's preferred client.
The other solutions we tested did not meet these criteria. Either their pricing was not competitive, they do not support mobile devices, they lacked dynamic/conditional signature processing, they don't offer access to the signature source etc.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 from IT outsourcing perspective
I was not the one evaluating and so I can not remember the names of other solutions. What I do remember is that CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 provides the most robust set of features (and now we know that it is also very stable) for a reasonable price.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 - the best way of managing your signatures in Office 365
Formerly all signatures were managed with a custom script that gets a users details from a database that we had to edit manually every time something changed.

The Go-To Signature Tool
We did not evaluate other products. We knew other companies that were using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 and knew that was what we were going to go with. Visiting their website reinforced this belief when we saw all of the fortune 500 companies they have listed that are using their products. Chances are, if it's good enough for the big guys then it will work great for a smaller shop like us.

Cant go wrong with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Functionality and price as well as support has been outstanding for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. Havent had a support ticket go unanswered for more than a couple of hours. All answers by their support team have been understanding, polite and always helpful. Would easily recommend to anybody looking for a solution to unify their users mail signatures.

The problem is everyone's common problem, Exchange online transport rules cannot meet all needs. The clients must use a 3rd party product or solution. CodeTwo is the best option.

I've never used any other solution, so I cannot compare the current one with another. We have always used an HTML signature file different for every user manually installed on every PC, and with our company increasing in size it has become very unpleasant to manage. Also, we can now customize our signatures and change them just once.

Management of signature Templates customized for your company. Be capable to add a header, a banner, a disclaimer in some minutes for all users. Be capable to add the disclaimer only one time in conversations. Manage different types of signatures for internal and external mails. Have the same signatures from your PC/Mac and your Mobile Phone.

I don't remember the other services we talked to but there were three of them. CodeTwo was the cheapest but did lack some of the bells and whistles the other providers used. Also with their support being offshore we almost picked someone else, but in the end they had just enough features at the right price for us to go with CodeTwo.
I have not looked at any other products as my trial was so effective, their support was so prompt and professional and the price was very good considering the comprehensive features I did not look at any other company.

Great Email Signatures for Office 365
Before using CodeTwo, we were using Mimecast to add on email signatures. Mimecast is not primarily an email signature tool but it has the functionality. Unfortunately, that functionality was incredibly confusing and complicated. We had to create strange filtering rules and code in some stuff for signatures to be included in emails. CodeTwo is just for email signatures and does it well. Pricing was also a consideration as CodeTwo came in a lot cheaper per user.
