We are able to create temporary extensions to the signatures like banners and this in seconds and also with limited time. So the corporate design and information is always up to date. Another great benefit is the seamless integration in the mobile world, so we don't have to manage two platforms. Overall it is a perfect solution, easy to manage and when needed a great support.

Basically, I can only report positive things about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. We have been working with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 for 5 years now and everything has always gone smoothly for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. At the beginning we had a reseller in between, but in the meantime we have done without it, as there were always problems. Since then, everything has been running smoothly. If there are any problems or new licences have to be entered, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's support has been very good. They helped us quickly and efficiently. Creating different signatures for different areas is also no problem. These can also be created very easily in the browser-based designer, including the rules as to when which signature should be attached and to which user. I can only recommend CodeTwo Email Signatures 365.
One of the key business problems that CodeTwo Signatures addresses for us and covered in a brilliant way is ensuring brand consistency and professionalism in our email communications. By providing customizable templates and dynamic placeholders, the tool enables us to include relevant contact information, logos, and promotional banners in our email signatures. Even in a seasonal circumstance for e.g. Marketing events and Sales. This ensures that every email sent from our organization reflects our brand identity and conveys a polished image to our recipients.

Without CodeTwo every employee had a different Signature, or caused a work burden if the need help setting it up.<br><br>With CodeTwo everyone has the same Signature and the work load is almost completely removed. Only need to make a few Signature central managed with group to add it to user and it work perfect<br><br>

We migrated from an Exchange server cluster to Microsoft 365. There was no company standard for signatures and banner management, if you can even call it that, was done through one of our webhosting spaces.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 allows us to consolidate our signature management and standardize signature content based on up-to-date employee information and business unit requirements, from multiple M365 tenants. Our marketing department can now also configure temporary event-related signature changes without having to engage the IT department, streamlining the process reducing the workload of both teams.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 from IT outsourcing perspective
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solution across multiple companies that vary in size and dynamic. From small 10 user base to big 250 user base. This solution offers a robust and intuitive admin panel allowing for configuration of signatures exactly how you like it even in multi-department company with multiple templates appended to various groups of people.
While for now we use this software to solve a simple issue: unification of signatures across company, the marketing department is always interested in the potential of banners and ads in every outgoing email. Legal teams is also satisfied (not an easy feat) knowing all emails have legal note appended and knowing that it can be adjusted in moment's notice.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 - the best way of managing your signatures in Office 365
We use the software in order to manage our signatures in one place. Whether it is for a user or a shared mailbox, you can centrally manage all of them and any changes are applied instantly. Especially for new employees you add in Microsoft 365 the signatures are automatically configured so you don´t have any kind of additional effort.
That it appends signatures to mails sent from Apple Mail, Gmail and so on is a very nice feature that you could not manage otherwise.

CodeTwo Signature Software Review
Moving from an on-premise Exchange platform to Office 365 and cloud-based email necessitated a new solution for providing signatures on out-going company email. Signed up for the trial of this product and within minutes had signatures set up for select users. The simplicity as well as the versatility of this product was a refreshing experience given that most software "solutions" tend to be quite the opposite. I was very pleased with the layout, form and function of this product and it works exactly as advertised. It is very rare indeed to have this type of experience in the world of software.

Great Product and customer support
CodeTwo Email Signatures allow us to centrally manage end-user's e-mail signatures. It makes it easy to swap out images, change texts or schedule a season or event specific special signature for everybody, a specific group or single users. No more copy & paste errors on the user side, no more outdated or wrong sized images, no more wrong or broken hyperlinks ... The WYSIWYG editor is very well made and there is a powerful code editor for changing the HTML source if you so desire. It can easily be used by less tech-savy people and the result will look great.

The Go-To Signature Tool
The solution has made it much easier to keep a consistent brand design across the firm. We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 across our entire firm and it makes it much easier for us to keep our branding consistent at our main offices, but our satellite offices as well. In a world of remote work, it has made keeping everything tidy a breeze.

Cant go wrong with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 software we had users create their
own signatures and it was horrible from a corporate view. Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we were able to setup differnt signatures for each department with individual user info straight from Azure AD / Entra. Now everybody
can easily conform to our corporate identity and the workers have one
thing less to worry about.

Big up work!
The main Issue most of our costumers have is not having time for a signature to design. In this case, we have an extraordinary program which kills this problem almost immediately. Sure there are more opportunities out there, but thats when the terrific CodeTwo customer Support is right at your side and shines. All users had different signatures despite the CI policy. Changes to the CI or name changes or job descriptions always had to be made manually. This was a lot of work, as the IT department always had to provide support in many cases. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, it is now very easy to manage the signatures - but we have solved this using AD groups. The user only has to be a member of the correct AD group and the correct signature is attached to the email.

Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, our employees had to copy the signature into outlook themselves. It was up to them to keep the information up to date and use the correct formatting, or even use it at all. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we have a standardized Signature, which is always up to date. Since it's using HTML it looks a lot better, too.

Best signature solution for Office 365 mailboxes
We use "CodeTwo Email Signatures 365" to manage the email signatures of our companies in a centralized for all devices and simplified way. Without CodeTwo, we had the problem that the signatures were not consistent and often had to be manually adjusted by the users. This required a remote connection or VPN. This is no longer necessary thanks to Office 365 and CodeTwo.

Simple, functional and time-saving
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 for centralised and uniform signatures in server mode, including some transport rules so that we can send emails via our email protection. The challenge here is that the emails are signed before they are sent and yet they are sent via the cloud-based external protection system. The setup was easy and well documented. The support is fast and very goal-oriented.
