Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for solution to educate of employee about phishing mail, as email is 1 one threat vector & phishing mail is one of major contributor for same and it was also compliance requirement of client. Business email compromise has huge economic impact even causing huge business loss for companies.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Cofense LMS was received as a bundled package to us as a part of the entire phishing suite to the corporation. The major case LMS was able to resolve for us was the trainings for Mail and other security awareness that we need to assign to different business verticals post our phishing campaigns.

Pros

  • Segregating the different vertical groups in the business and assigning them the relevant training
  • Tracking the completion status of user training and Quizzes
