Cofense Vision: Next Gen Email Threat Prevention
We are using Cofense Vision for the whole organization. It is very easy to monitor all the user's mailboxes and takes the appropriate action on the mailbox level to quarantine the emails [...] with just one single click. And the best part is we can have a single pane of glass.

An Anti-phishing software at an amazing price.
The reason behind installing this anti-phishing software in most of our departments across the organization was to fight back against phishing attacks that have already cost us a lot. We used to get afraid of storing our important credentials in our systems but Cofense [Vision] has given us confidence by providing email security and tracking of threats.
- Fast speed.
- The way it quarantines emails that are suspicious of carrying threats.
- Such valuable software at such an incredible price.
- It has the ability to track the threat and can stop it in its way.
- It seems buggy on and off.
- Its integration, by and large, doesn’t work according to our anticipation and I think it needs more advancement.
- It was hard for us to integrate it with our already present security stack and this caused a hurdle in getting benefit from other functions.
- Phishing attacks can no longer harm us.
- We have developed confidence in the working capability of Cofense [Vision].
- Due to its failure in proper integration, we have to face some consequences which I can regard as having a negative impact.
We have utilized Avanan for the same purpose we are using Cofense [Vision] right now but we were highly disappointed with Avanan and the rate of that software made us feel like that it should be the best anti-phishing tool but it went opposite and we had to suffer a lot because of it but Cofense [Vision] is all that we want.

Email threats are no longer a threat with Cofense.
Email security was one of the major concerns for our company and we wanted a secure tool to protect us against this problem and Cofense Vision is a great solution against such issues. We are now working in a secure and safe environment and its speed of action is salutary too, as it immediately takes action against suspicious emails.
- It doesn’t give time for the hackers to attack us .
- It is an extremely composed tool and is a perfect anti-phishing tool .
- This tool is effective enough storing emails and also produces duplicate emails.
- This tool has enabled my team to track who is looking into and for what.
- Sometimes its system clashes and it stops working all the way and disturbs working.
- Some of our important emails went missing and we can find them in Cofense Vision and it needs proper checking in order to retrieve email.
- There are no other cons I could think of as I have not encountered any other so far.
- Hackers cannot attack or threaten us in any way.
- We are working in a more safe ecosystem.
- Emails with threats are instantly quarantine.
Apple of Discord is the pricing as we were looking for an email security tool in reasonable pricing and Barracuda was undoubtedly efficient in action and was compatible with our business but it was highly expensive and then we made up our mind for another tool and Cofense Vision was offering almost the same as Barracuda but cheaper.

One solution to all email threat problems.
The undetected threats have always been one of our major
concerns since they can cause us much damage and the worst part of it is that
they can get into our systems and can breach data. It helped us in
automatically segregating the emails with threats. Most of our systems in the
IT department are equipped with this security tool.

- It not only just detects suspicious emails but also destroys threats and saves an organization.
- It immediately provides the security team with the warning of a phishing attack and they can take action to resist that attack on time.
- It is such an important tool for an organization but is only available at a very expensive price.
- Honestly, It took us several hours to [get used to] its working and interface.
- Although they claim that Cofense Vision will not intervene with the system but it didn’t come up to our expectations.

- Our data is no longer under a serious and damaging threat.
We used Trustifi for a jiffy and it was effective against
obsolete viruses and was not effective against attacks such as phishing and it
wasn’t fulfilling its claims. So, we decided to move to an anti-phishing email
security tool as phishing attacks were our concern, and Cofense Vision was a wise
decision and the credit for this wise decision goes to my team.
