ThinQ Voice has provided users with solutions to many issues concerning telephony, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility. Customers have been able to obtain local DID numbers quickly and consolidate their DID needs, which saves them money and provides more control over their business. The product facilitates the expansion of businesses to Canada and other locations through its ability to provide a variety of routes and carriers in one place.

They can also interface with ThinQ Voice's support staff during the porting process to get clients off of absurdly expensive and unreliable providers and provide reliable, balanced access services to customers in all facets of the VoIP telecommunications world. The use of ThinQ Voice's API for other services such as Texting, LRN lookup, and CNAM lookup has also been very useful for terminating calls when other carriers cannot and giving customers more options for traffic management.
