What is ComplianceWire?

ComplianceWire is a compliance training solution that integrates three critical components:

  • LMS technology that enables the creation and automation of training programs
  • Knowledge assets that include:
    • Library of more than 1,000 eLearning training modules
    • Catalogs containing over 500 Life Science specific courses
    • 110 of these courses developed jointly by the FDA and UL
    • Personalized upport delivered by expert training professionals

For over 20 years, ComplianceWire, as well as UL’s life science e-learning courses, have been, according to the vendor, a learning solution used by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to train more than 36,000 global, federal, state and local investigators. The vendor states the agency chose the ComplianceWire platform as their training solution to ensure the proficiency of their investigators under a unique cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA). This solution integrates the ComplianceWire web-based platform with curricula UL co-developed with the FDA. The same technology platform and coursework used by the FDA in its virtual university are available exclusively to UL’s customers.

An excellent LMS for both the admin as well as the learner. Very intuitive, yet with robust features. I have used several other LMS but this one has most of the features and functionality that we need and is a very stable product. There are few issues and bugs and the customer service is also not the best. You may not be able to get the help that you need at the right time but later.

The system is easy to configure when it comes to updating pick lists, adding and removing users, reporting works well. The system is great for automating reports for assignments and grouping of employees.

  • Tracking of training assigned to people.
  • Report out on training.
  • You can assign the training to yourself on your own.
  • You can download your certificates and files at any point of time after the training.
Likelihood to Recommend
We completed all our SOP training through compliance wire. I enrolled myself in training and completed it. I am tracking my training and certifications through this. We are getting periodic reminders to complete pending training.
