We are a consulting firm and partner with Conga and use all conga products like conga composer, conga contracts, conga sign, and conga batch. We implemented conga solutions for various clients. One of the companies uses composer to send the contracts generated by conga contracts using composer and conga sign. Also, to generate the royalty statement using conga composer with conga batch. We further used conga parameters to integrate to download the statements on the shared drive. Very helpful as conga provide integration with lot of different tools like docu sign, adobe sign, box, one drive etc.

  • Conga batch converts the button URL to formulate, send, or download statements in bulk.

We think Conga suite solutions are best to use if you want to generate multiple documents and send these documents to multiple users or contacts. Conga composer with Conga Sign and Conga batch makes work a lot easy and helps to save a lot of time. Document generation is now really easy and effective.

Best software to use if you want to generate documents and send them via email or download them. Very easy to configure and easy to use. It will integrate very well with different signature app like docu sign, adobe sign. Also very easy to connect with different conga product like conga contracts, conga sign and conga batch.
No manual work now. No need to worry about creating the document. It has made life easy for the legal and accounting team. Legal team now can generate contracts very easily with conga contact and conga composer combination. And accounting generates the royalty and payment statements with the help of the composer. It streamlined the process for us.

They are Members from the legal team and they generate different contracts as work made for hire, NDA, Publishing agreement, Employee had HR agreement. Also, it is used by our accounting team to generate royalty statements and payment reports. And then sending the statements to the end user with the help of conga batch.

We are conga composer certified. We are skilled in Salesforce and different conga composer and ETL tools. We are working as Salesforce admins and have all the required skills to support the Conga composer and other conga products like conga sign and conga batch and conga grid. To support conga composer you should have Salesforce admin skills you would know basic SOQL.

We wanted to have the solution inside our Salesforce and we found conga composer which would easily get installed from salesforce app exchange and with the help of their knowledge article you can easily configure it and make it available for your users to use it.

And being a Conga partner and implementing the Conga solutions and supporting the existing customers and hearing their success stories it is clear that conga composer and other Conga products like Conga Sign, Conga contacts, Conga batch are designed to support each other which increase user experience.

We use it in conjunction with Salesforce CPQ so users can create quotes associated with opportunities and then press create quote, and it pulls in all legal documents as well as quote information into one succinct PDF that the user can then send off to their potential customer and get approved. It's made our selling process much more efficient.

It's well suited for CPQ users and makes it easy for us to have everything in one place. It's great for when users need to constantly make minute adjustments to quotes, and then they can produce the quote easily and have it presented to the client. We have to be able to get quotes out quickly for us to win jobs.

I think it has been very easy to use for all of our users, and of all our complex systems and integrations, I hear the least amount of noise for Conga. In simple terms, it does what it is expected to do, and we love when things do what they're supposed to do.
Again, it has had a very positive impact on us. I joined the org when they were implementing CPQ, so I don't really know much about how they did things prior to CPQ and Conga Document Generation, but I can't imagine they were easier than what is occurring now. Our users can generate quotes very quickly.

They represent the sales side of our organization. They can be sales reps, sales operations, sales managers, or our QA team. They will be whoever is involved with our clients and needs to product quotes for our customers. Right now, only one of our business units currently uses it, but that might change in the future.

Our Salesforce support team is small and there are only two of us. We have to know where everything related to Conga is housed and how to update the necessary components. There is some coding ability associated with Conga that is useful to have. Also, just basic understanding of Salesforce and how to customize the overall instance.

It's so essential to our current business state and functionality that it is absolutely required. We'd have to re-structure our entire business unit to not use it. We have licenses associated with it and CPQ that are combined so if we ever got rid of CPQ, which I don't see happening, we'd have to change it out. Regardless of that, it's a fantastic product that has great usability and is pretty easy to understand!

I wasn't very involved in the purchase of Conga, but my former boss was directly involved with the decision to buy the product. She loves all things Salesforce and didn't really consider another product for our business unit. I think it made total sense for her. The new features are very helpful.
I wasn't involved in the selection, but I'd maybe consider other products that are out on the market, but it might be the best product available currently.
I haven't used or evaluated other products before.

We need more in-house users to help ha. We implemented it with CPQ and were completely overwhelmed with the requests. It was a very complicated system for all the users to understand, but eventually they were able to understand the functionality and how the system worked. However, in the beginning, it was a very slow process.

I think the implementation went well. Again, I wasn't directly involved with that. We just had Users that were having issues related to CPQ that were overwhelming and hard to answer.
It's been pretty easy to get in contact with Salesforce and the Conga team when necessary, but thankfully we haven't had to do this that frequently. There are also several support websites that track when certain functionality is down, which I think is very useful for any software service to have.
I did not purchase the premium support. Again, I wasn't involved in the purchasing process, but I assume we would have if we thought it was useful for our org.

I cannot. We have had very limited issues with the product, which is a great thing! We usually just track our issues with the various website and will reach out to a team member when necessary.
It's a fairly simple tool to integrate into your current business structure. When we've had issues, we were able to resolve them extremely quickly. The users click a button and it can bring in all the quote lines, and our credit application seamlessly into our tool. I'd definitely recommend it to other colleagues.

I think it does, but our CPQ functionality has been completely broken recently and therefore Conga wouldn't work. We've reached out to Salesforce about CPQ bot working with Multi Factor Authenticator, but they haven't gotten back to us with a resolution at all recently. Hopefully, something can be changed soon.
