We use Conga Sign primarily to gather the customer's signature on the final document. This is relatively easy to capture the digital signatures rather than collecting signatures manually on printed documents from multiple parties. This can be time-consuming and often leads to aborting the deal before the document signatures are complete, which may lead to business loss.
  • Agreements are sent digitally which reduces the time to get printed document.
  • The user has the option to forward to a relevant party where he might not be the correct person.
  • Reduces the turnaround was taking signatures from multiple stakeholders can be done digitally.
  • Some businesses still don't consider digital signing of critical documents a legit way.
  • Conga sign still doesn't allow sending of multiple files for signing.
  • There is a slight rendering time we have noticed while the customer opens the document which can be reduced.
It is well-suited for most of the clients which have trust in digital signatures and want to reduce the turnaround, but there are still some clients which do not prefer digital signatures and prefer printed agreements with wet signatures. Conga uses the latest digital signing legal regulations so this is a customer-to-customer issue.
  • It helps to get the deals closed within timelines.
  • It allows the forwarding of documents to relevant parties which helps in case the mail is triggered to the wrong person.
  • Conga uses the latest legal regulations for digital signatures which helps in trust building with clients.
  • It has increased our business as we get signatures from concerned parties in no time.
  • Customers really like the point-and-click interface which doesn't require user training from our side.
  • Sometimes we require to send multiple documents for signatures which is still not supported.
We prefer Conga as it integrates well with our other Conga products such as Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, and Salesforce. Integration is very easy and documents get triggered for signature with just a click and the signing process is also very easy for the end user which makes the quoting cycle relatively quicker.

We use Conga Sign for all of our contracts, proposals and information forms. We use it within Salesforce so we can have merge fields and we can have write back fields associated with different objects and records.
  • Salesforce Integration
  • E-signatures
  • Document Tracking
  • Takes a while to master
  • Requires other Conga products in order to be fully useful
  • Needs some additional functionality in its Salesforce integration
Conga Sign is excellent for contracts and anywhere else where signatures or document tracking is required. We use it on some documents for tracking only and it is a little less appropriate in those instances, but the tracking history is really valuable for our sales team. The cc'ing can be a little challenging since it is dependent on signatures, but overall contracts are the best use case for the product, at least for our organization.
  • Document Tracking
  • Legally Binding Digital Signatures
  • Salesforce Integration
  • Quicker sales
  • ROI
  • Appreciated by customers
  • Paperless contracts
Conga Sign is much more affordable than DocuSign for our organization and we are using Conga Composer already to create documents. We found that the integration between Conga Composer and Conga Sign was easier to use and we have a nice discount from Conga due to us adopting several of their products. DocuSign for the price point didn't make sense to us and it has less write-back functionality with Salesforce.

It is being used across the organization for customer contracts.
  • Great integration with Salesforce.
  • Easy to implement.
  • Easy to train end users.
  • None.
We had a very easy time implementing this. Our end users and customers have adapted to it very well. Pricing for this is very competitive.
  • Minimized or eliminated legal issues due to unsigned contracts.
  • Customer know exactly what they are getting.
Lower cost than DocuSign and a much easier pricing model.
Conga's success team was excellent and very responsive.
