It’s a great tool that is easy to install and configure, integrate and sync between different software and platforms. We use it for seamless synchronization of information between ALM and JIRA, and it allows us to leverage both repositories to their full capacity. And we are using it to help with data migration so that we can consolidate our tool footprint.
  • It works fast - less than a minute to sync records between systems.
  • It is easy configurable, you don't need to have any specific technical knowledge.
  • It has very good operational support - your questions and issues are solved with high priority.
  • It is user friendly - even if you are not an IT, it is intuitive.
  • Slow performance, when there are lot of projects.
  • Sometimes the Create/Update could be more at the field level. I'd like to be able to clone an Application Link and then just change the initial configuration (our field mappings are pretty consistent).
  • Want to have more integration solutions, e.g., MS Project Online, SharePoint, or other MS Tools?
