As a Managed Service Provider, we often need access to machines that we don't yet directly manage. ConnectWise Control provides that access. We also need to troubleshoot offline machines occasionally. The link to smartphone camera feature helps us to see what the client sees, giving us visibility beyond the client's description of the machines activity.

All of our users are technicians/engineers who are supporting co-workers, customers (on the customer's computer) or headless computers used for monitoring large manufacturing systems. It is common for use to use the "Agents" to access the headless computers and diagnose issues the customer is experiencing. We also support our own team members during an installation, when the installation team is on site the engineers can connect in to the team member's laptop and assist with the installation (changing code or parameters on equipment that the team member's laptop is connected to).

3) My partners and myself have customers with in house IT person. Teaching them how to take advantage of Tools and scripts to deploy to desktops. We add users as needed for those - give them limited access to their machines

Members from multiple departments use remote services. Initially, we purchased ScreenConnect for remote IT support but we found it a great resource for (1) when our sales people are working remotely and (2) when conducting meetings in other locations where it's easiest to remote into our own machines. Right now, Management, Sales and Operations use this tool.

As the sole proprietor and tech of Securefix I operate all facets of the business, I am responsible for invoicing, budgeting, software support, hardware support, network support, sales and accounting. I also work directly with sub contractors on projects which require additional resources. ScreenConnect is very important in collaboration for meetings and information sharing in addition to technical support.
