While learning all the elements the software offered took time, the support they offered helped us get through it and they made sure we understood things each step of the way. Sure! the support team is exceptional! They handle all tickets and keep in touch with updates. As stated before, the problem does not lie with support since they are not the product developers. To summarize, the amazing support team must do what they can with what they are given...

We currently have a ticket which has been open for several months (regarding non-firing automations) and it has been handled very well! The fact that the issue is still not fixed, is not a support issue! Its a development team problem...

One time I was having an issue creating a trigger for a specific form response. My custom field answers would populate as options, but it wouldn't allow me to select the one I needed. I reached out to support and within an hour or two they had resolved the issue for me.

I was having trouble with formatting my email. The support rep took the time to look into my HTML code to find the source of the error and let me know what was wrong. She could have simply told me to not copy/paste blocks of content, but instead she provided me with the actual cause so I knew what/why it was happening.

We had created a specific contact page form using several fields and when live on a campaign, some of the data was not being transferred to our contact manager correctly, so when we reached out for support, 2 members of the support team were on it, inspecting the form, testing the form with dummy data until they figured out a referral field was the issue. Simply altering the form fields solved the problem and the form has worked perfectly ever since.

I reached out to SharpSpring in June of 2016 inquiring about poor quality sender categorization in our email sends. It was six months after we got our SharpSpring license, so we were still pretty new to the platform. I wasn't sure if all of our client's email accounts had any affect on our actual email account as far as the sender quality. I was concerned that if our client's lists were of poor quality it would affect our organizations send quality. SharpSpring support was able to respond to my question in a quick and concise manner. Even when I responded with another question through the thread they were able to help and offer additional support if need be.

One time there was an issue where if a custom field was a number, lists weren't populating properly based on that criteria. So I had a number of lists of users who had taken 10-20 rides, 21-50 rides, 50+ rides, etc. The support agent was aware of the issue, and gave me a date by which it would be fixed. As part of his follow-up instead of just emailing me to let me know the bug was fixed, he actually went into the account and rebuilt the lists that were suffering from the bug issue and verified it was working. That saved me at least an hour of work.

I am not clear what SMTP, Inc does therefore it is a difficult question to answer. I believe SMTP, Inc was an early partner with SharpSpring, providing full on email engines and support for the marketing automation platform, but is no longer a SharpSpring partner, allowing them to improve their email deliverability. I am not positive about this...
