Our automations are built differently and using real-time API calls we pass on all the information needed. The cart abandonment and browse abandonment email campaigns are designed based on different travel bundles according to our visitors’ historical data. Likewise, our customer success manager helped up set up on-site count-down pop-ups that highlight the expiration date of specific offers.

Although initially selected for the creation and execution of our email marketing services, ContactPigeon was very quickly preferred for other features, such as pop-ups and push notifications. In any case, it is now a key element in user segmentation and an integral part of our overall conversion rate optimization strategy.

It is a platform with all the requisite features to meet the needs of a complete digital marketing campaign: email marketing with countless automation rules, pop-ups that serve as simple sign-ups or even as cross-sell and up-sell tools, push notifications with ready-made templates for vital functions like browse and cart abandonment, the ability to create offsite landing pages, creation of Facebook ads, and much much more. I really can't think of one scenario in which ContactPigeon won't provide solid solutions.

I have been using Mailchimp for many years. I was quite skeptical about whether ContactPigeon would meet my high requirements. After six months, I dare say that it doesn't lag behind in anything and I personally found many more extremely useful features that I was totally unaware of in the past.

So, in short, we are delighted because we can measure the effectiveness of each and every one of our automations and campaigns and we don't have to switch between to multiple dashboards. It also has some nice extra features that work, like Second Chance, which increased our Open Rates by 46% during 2019. Last but not least, we really love their "hands-on" support.
