To put it simply, Contify is a simple, intuitive, and personalized market intelligence tool. Contify uses web crawlers to collect news, PR updates, and announcements across a varied set of sources for the selected competitors. The best part about the platform is its customizable nature of it; their team can configure the platform as per my requirements both in terms of identifying relevant sources as well as structuring the platform as per my departments. They also offer good quality customer service, although would have loved it if they had a better solutioning team who could translate my requirements into the platform itself. Their classification also works well and I didn't find many wrong classifications. On the improvements side, I wish their product evolves to the next stage where it is able to draw insights from the news or annual reports and give me a succinct summary instead of just showcasing news clubbed in various business heads.

If you are using analysts to track relevant news/articles or general market/competitor intelligence, then it's best to use Contify and better use your analysts to draw insights. Contify despite being a SaaS product offers you enough customization to understand your requirements and set up the system in a manner that you are able to use pretty much from the word go. You can also set up triggers and updates for specific business outcomes.

Contify allows customization and helps me develop my own watchlist where I can just add a bunch of companies to different lists and it'll start tracking them for me, it will also allow me to structure the dashboard as per my business hierarchy whereas, Crayon is focused more towards sales professionals and give me battle-card kind of output. The flexibility of Conitfy prompted us to select Contify over the competition

In a fairly crowded business space, keeping tabs on competitors was really difficult without tools. The competition is constantly evolving, growing, and changing strategies that it took a lot of time and effort to try to stay informed of the landscape. Contify is a great tool to help with monitoring and collecting information.

Contify is ideal for really any company. Rather than having to have a team spending their time keeping track of competitors or salespeople trying to stay up-to-speed on their own, this helps generate alerts and dashboards to customize which competitors you need to keep tabs on and what you want to stay informed about.

Prior to Contify, we didn't have the insight that we do. With a lack of time, we were unable to collect the competitor data and updates as doing it in-house is a nightmare. We used it, and the Contify team continuously improves it based on customer feedback and organic innovation. It takes a proactive approach to assess customer needs and make rapid enhancements in response to feedback. Starting on the first day, it provides us with up-to-date information. Using this system, I reduced the amount of manual work I had to do for my "comp Intelligence" tasks. After obtaining the data, internal software and tools are used to analyze it further. We rely on the well-curated content provided by Contify. With the help of triggers, analysts can stay on top of the most recent developments even in the most difficult of circumstances. Its ability to track competitors across various web properties, including social media, is one of its most appealing features.

It uses AI to track information on customers, competitors, and other industry segments. Another benefit I've found is their analyst team's willingness and ability to develop specific taxonomies for my industry. It enables us to collect and share data across the company. I believe that automatic tagging is still a viable option for learning and can be made even more effective.
