Contractor Foreman = industry specific and great for small to med Organizations
We currently use for the following:
1. Estimating - we have found the estimating module to be very well thought out. It permits using various sections and pulling input information from various sources. It has many great features such as the ability to apply bulk mark up to a section or to the entire invoice or to selected categories (for example all materials could have a given percentage mark up and all labor could have another applied. One minor downside is that fractions of a percentage can not yet be employed (i.e. you can do a 22 or 23% but not 22.5% mark up); however, their team has said they are working to modify.
2. Invoicing - invoicing has been great and permits various formats included AIA which is very helpful for us.
3. Project management: the to do list feature is great and allows check boxes and multiple, unlimited sections. They can be assigend to various users. Also, the punchlist feature is very well created to assign items by trade and to various trade partners. Submittals are also often employed to great effect.
