 for every customer stored in the CRM. The case history section includes  important details like - total number of cases, assigned customer support agents, case resolution status and case closure date.ConvergeHub Library module enables users to store, share and manage important files, collaterals, brochures, presentations and case studies for every target, lead, account, contact, deal and customer.ConvergeHub facilitates its users to store all business contacts within one  unified database that is accessible round-the-clock from any internet-enabled device. The contact details section includes information such as  email, phone number, meeting notes, to-do lists and documents. This is a CRM software that has the best set of features in a budget CRM, the pricing is the best thing there is, and it actually converges everything i.e. all the business processes can be done at a single place and if anything is amiss, it's really easy to figure out. The entire business, for a small to medium enterprise, can be run from this CRM.
  • The dashboards are really good and feature laden.
  • The UI is really intuitive as well as user friendly.
  • Automation of simple tasks as well as the marketing process is really easy.
  • Above all the pricing takes the cake here.
  • Customer support isn't that great, takes a lot of time to respond.
  • Notifications are not on time, i.e. they are delayed and not real time.
  • Lack of integration with other applications.
It is really well suited for clients looking to automate the process with a budget constraint and that is inline with most small and medium enterprises, startups as well as entrepreneurs looking for a productive environment to grow their business in.
