What is Coveo Qubit?

Coveo Qubit (acquired October 2021) uses rich visitor data to understand different user segments and serve personalized messages to audience segments using JavaScript. It is available on either a managed or self-service model.

Data is collected using Qubit’s own QProtocol data layer, or by integrating the user’s existing model via our API. Quantitative visitor behavioral data is combined with qualitative visitor feedback and ingested data from Qubit users' other systems of record enabling them to identify areas of the site and customer groups to optimize and target with personalization experiences.

Using JavaScript means that changes do not have to be hard-coded into the site, giving marketers and ecommerce teams greater power to implement changes outside of the development cycle.

Users can A/B test any changes to their site using Qubit, and the user interface lets them know what the test results are.

Qubit has always been a fantastic company to work with for both their tools provided and their great customer service. It's not just customer service in the way of a call centre for the occasional issue or problem but a truly hands on dedicated thing with the knowledge that you will always be able to talk to someone that is dedicated to helping you and your company succeed. They embed themselves in your goals and plans to help achieve them. From technical training for developers, implementation for ops to data retrieval and parsing for analytics they are there to help.

I've received a great training from one of their pro codes. I've also had a massive support from Qubit with every problem I have.
The rating is not 10 because of a really low amount of sample code/test/personalization cases. I would really appreciate a monthly newsletter with ideas of what we / other companies do to reach their target.

Implementation couldn't be easier.
All we needed to do was insert the tag. (easy) and set up the data layer. (dev required)

This was pretty smooth in comparison to some of the other tools we use on our site, and was done in less than a day.

Note : Data needs to be collected for a set period of time before you can accurately rely on the data that you are receiving. This is normal though with everyone else that we have used.

One of the best things about Qubit is the ease with which it can be implemented - the most basic implementation is a simple script that needs adding to all the pages in your site, which was really straightforward for us, so we had no issues at all getting up and running with Qubit.

The team took the time to understand the objectives of our specific case so they could help us get everything set up properly. We had some unique requirements and the Qubit team made sure that their solution was not just connected properly, but also did what we wanted it to do.
