COZYROC is quick to respond to issues, both on the sales/billing and technical side. Their turnaround time on both is fast, which has helped us resolve licensing issues as well as get hotfixes when needed. Their support is better than average, particularly for a smaller software vendor. Overall very pleased with their responsiveness.
