CR Auto Scheduler® Quick Demo – Using CR Auto Scheduler®

Join Collision Resources’ David McCreight as he walks us through a quick demonstration of the CR Auto Scheduler®.

CR Auto Scheduler® will import all of the estimate data and put it into the Estimate Data tab, eliminating the need to rekey data. The estimates are listed with the most recent estimate at the top, making it easy to locate the customer you want to schedule. Then you can start the scheduling process.

CR Auto Scheduler® is the only scheduling software that uses an algorithm to calculate the next three available dates to bring in a car. Allowing the program to select the date is a very important process in leveling the flow in a collision repair center, matching the inflow of cars to the outflow of cars. The last step is to negotiate a drop-off time for the car. That's how easy it is to schedule work and end the chaos in your auto body shop.
