We used Creatio to manage all our marketing and sales activities, from lead generation to contract conclusion. Creatio is also our reference tool for our service desk and customer ticket tracking. Other needs, such as time-tracking and management of some projects, are also done with Creatio. Creatio has become a reference tool for our company, and more needs are being addressed thanks to its low-code/no-code capabilities.

Creatio's low-code/no-code capabilities make it possible to gain autonomy and efficiency. Projects that used to take months are now completed in weeks or even days. The marketing tools are impressive, as well as the way Creatio offers a global approach, from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.

As a low-code platform, Creatio offers great freedom to users. Low-code means great opportunities and acceleration for creating new features and applications, but it doesn't mean that you can create anything in a snap, which can be frustrating.

In the other direction, Creatio is not indicated if you want a "basic" direct mailing solution, allowing only to manage mass mailings. It performs this task very well, but its capabilities are so extensive, it is a pity to restrict itself to that.
Creatio is very easy to use, intuitive, and the documentation is well structured and easy to access. The basic functionalities are very powerful and appreciable, giving us tools that have made a difference in my daily activities. In case of specific needs, new features or processes can be implemented in a very short time, which is a real plus.
Creatio support is generally very responsive and often responds much faster than the expected SLAs. We have very rarely had "blocking" problems when creating new applications or features, and in all cases, Creatio has been able to help us or direct us to a solution. Overall, we are very satisfied with their support.

We started using Creatio as a sales tool in our business; however, it is now being used for other areas of our business. We use it for marketing plans and budgets and also run our Quality Management System on it, which we are audited on. We have found it so useful that we are also now setting up the service side so our operations team can also use it.

Contracts are a big part of our business, and being able to create tracking and dashboards for this has made our contracts process so much smoother. Also, being able to integrate docu-sign means you can do everything through the system, rather than having to go back and forth and duplicate things.
Because it is so easy to use and navigate through - even the most technophobic people in our company are using it on a regular basis. It is easy to change around and switch through different sections and keep neat and tidy.
Support is amazing. Day-to-day queries are answered quickly with the support team; however, we have Olga, our dedicated manager, who is amazing and gets on with everything. She really listens to what we want and what we are trying to achieve and works out the best way to do this.

We build efficient project management workflows incorporating all the milestones from the kick-off to delivery using no-code technology. With Creatio, we can maintain project documentation, track team performance and manage customer communication within one system.

The product has undergone a good transformation, and at the moment, it is one of the best domestic CRM systems, even for small companies. This system is very well-tailored to the needs of big businesses. However, everything has been done here so that when a manager needs to change some fields or forms, he does not need to create a request for programmers for this, which, of course, greatly speeds up all the processes. However, for small companies, this system can be very cumbersome at first and requires customization to simplify the interface and functions.
The interface is not always clear and, in some places, requires some work.
I contacted technical support up to 10 times, and each time I got a solution to my issue, but sometimes not the first time.

Custom workflows enable cases to be [assigned] to a responsible agent according to the type of service required. The integration with our ticketing system allows us to manage ticket returns easily. Through hot spot integration, we collect customer information. Beesender chatbot interacts with our clients and connects them with the right agent. In addition, customizable dashboards help us analyze service efficiency.

Creatio helps our sales and marketing teams create very tailored workflows for each use case. Its low code + no code platform enables our business users to configure the CRM and marketing automation solutions as they see fit helping us save time and increase efficiency. We were using Salesforce as our CRM before and were struggling to create workflows without getting technical employees involved. We now also have CRM and marketing automation under one platform which increases the types of workflow we can create with one source of truth.

The software is used to track the customers and their employees. The stages of opportunities are tracked through Creatio. Creatio is well suited for a CRM for a small or medium-sized business. It can handle the management of customers, leads and accounts well. It is strong in managing business automation related to data. For example scenarios like business rules related to opportunity stages, handling large opportunities, assigning them based on business rules, case management is well handled by Creatio.
The user interface of Creatio is quite friendly. It is intuitive for new users to start using the software. It is also fairly straightforward to setup. Business users are able to become productive with Creatio in a short amount of time due to an easy to use design. I find the design intuitive overall.
In general, we have found support to be responsive. They are able to respond to cases in a short amount of time. We have emailed them for our queries and they have responded promptly. Overall the experience of interacting with the support has been positive. Multiple ways are available to contact support.

We use Creatio to keep the history of all client interactions in a single place and automate customer-facing processes. We orchestrate sales process across several sales teams by building custom workflows for every department. The system is configured to guide users through every stage of the sales process. Creatio gives us the possibility to track teams' performance and generate reports based on the aggregated data.

Our entire investment organization uses Creatio for our CRM. We replaced Salesforce with Creatio earlier this year. We use it to keep track of all of our new leads, pipelines, team activity and outreach.

Originally with Salesforce, it was really difficult to cater the solution to our specific needs. There were hundreds of output fields that we never used, but that would be included in our reports because we couldn't get rid of them. Now with Creatio, we can custom create and design an interface that includes what we need. It's easy to manage, I can change the interface from my team's if I want to and there's a great mobile app as well.
Creatio is super intuitive because you can change the interface to suit your specific needs. You can change the output easily and configure the interface quickly.
Creatio's support team is stellar - always an email / txt / phone call away and extremely attentive. It's been really easy to get from them what we've needed in a timely way.
